Okay, so I've been hesitant to make this post. I am a regular lunch customer, minimum once per week, sometimes twice.
I've noticed significant decline in performance. Not in the food, the food is still great, which is why I continue to order. However, the delivery service is getting really bad. I'll list my complaints:
Delivery times... no longer freaky fast... minimum 30 min or longer Cancelled orders... they call me back and tell me my deliver time has been updated to 2 hrs... do I still want to my order? They push me to cancel, ever after I placed order. 2 hrs, really? And this has happened more than just a couple of times. Forgetting items. They often forget to cut the sammy in half, always forget the napkins... annoying, but whatever. However, they often are forgetting my food. I'll order a few extra bags of chips to pack for work lunches through week... and they often forget them, and I paid for them. I call back, and they put a credit on my phone number... but when I go to restaurant to collect... they can't find it. They gave me a free sandwich... but I had A LOT of credits on my account from weeks of forgotten food.
In general, with the prices as high as they are... and with the delivery fee now over $4!! It shouldn't be to much to expect better performance and results. Maybe, slow down a bit and make sure the orders are packaged properly before leaving, IDK?
I still come back, but I really hope the performance...

We decided to have it delivered thinking JJ had there own delivery guy . No JJ didn't not tjj had uber eats deliver our food . We'll our food never got delivered the Uber Eats guy took our food I'm out of 48.00 . The next day I called JJ told the lady on the phone what happen and she told me I had to take it up with Uber Eats. I told her I didn't choose them your store did . She said I still had to take it up with them I told her I'm calling there corpret office she told me go ahead .hmm ok . Then 2 min later I called there corpret office and I spoke to Ryan and he sent a email out to the franchise . Two weeks later I still don't have my money or haven't herd anything from anyone. I hope the Uber Eats guy enjoyed our food .need less to say I work at a big company that would order from them alot but not anymore . Losing 48.00 is alot in this day . So...

I got a veggie unwich (sandwich without bread, wrapped in lettuce instead) with bacon added because I wanted something light and healthy along with a fountain drink. It was filling and pretty good.
