Update on top of update: itās months later now. I went back in today. I ordered the double whopper with cheese and bacon no pickles no ketchup. I received one with no bacon. So I go back in and what I got had bacon and cheese but it also had ketchup and they left the onions off. It is absolutely 100% impossible to do business successfully with these people. Donāt freaking bother. I know I wonāt be back. For sure. Thatās four failures in three visits. When you canāt get the order right the first time and then you canāt get the replacement right either???? Well thatās just crazy. On top of everything else Iāve experienced here. I find it wild I was denied service that one day cause she thought I was homeless but today we had an entire group in the parking lot with one guy falling all over the place and two cars parked erratically with people laying inside. Update: despite going here about three or four times a week on average I was denied service this morning due to the height of my vehicle. The lady told me in a sing song voice that I really shouldbt be upset by this. She wonāt be open until 9am itās 7:30 now. Iām a third shifter and I need access to food. It really is a big deal. Despite probably about 50 great interactions where I was very patient with these people my simple āno not really all that greatā was the exact response she expected from me she said. Well yeah because it is the appropriate response. I know these people but they didnāt recognize me today and mistook me for a homeless person and decided to treat me like trash. I am a very regular customer. I wonāt be back to Burger King. Iām zero tolerance for the level of aggression you all show to the homeless and when you catch other in the cross fire Iām absolutely done with you. Sincerely, double whopper with cheese and bacon no pickles or ketchup. I know you know who I am.
I go early in the morning, 8-9am usually. I get double whopper at this time cause Iām a 3rd shifter and itās the only place that I can get food that will replenish the calories lost at my crazy job. The staff is always really nice and thatās very appreciated these days for sure. Lots of places get mad at me for not wanting breakfast. They were even understanding about the height restrictions of my giant vehicle in their drive through. Another thing lots of places donāt understand...

It appeared the service was rather slow tonight because we waited in line for 10- 15 minutes.
Upon approaching the window to pay for my food, I asked the drive-through server is my order, correct can you read it back to me drive-through staff read the order back and it appeared he had it all correct.
The manager unbeknownst to his name at the time, handed my food and said everything is in the bag and itās all fresh. Have a good night.
As I arrive to my home, I noticed that the two spicy chicken wraps were not in the bag and there was an extra whopper. I called the store four times for the management to know that I was on my way to get my order corrected.
Upon my arrival, back to Burger King at 9:49 PM. I pulled through the drive-through and I informed the drive-through staff that my order was incorrect and could you replace it? Once I got to the window, the drive-through staff person handed me a bag with two spicy wraps that had been sitting when I originally placed the order 27 minutes later, I asked the manager his name he refused to give me his name and walked away and slam the window. My bag of food was still in the store as I asked the drive-through staff member to grab me my food. I then asked the drive-through staff what was the managers name at the drive-through staff refused to give me the managers name. Management mustāve overheard the conversation that I was having with his drive-through staff member walked up to the window, yelled his name in my face. Iām āDevon ā and slam the window once again. However, before closing the window, he told me his name and told me to get out of his drive-through as if I was being a confrontational customer because I wanted my food replace the right way. I believe that the leader ship is poor at night. I believe that corporate or the franchise owner needs to revamp the night time management the same way they upgraded the outside of the building. The upgrades are absolutely beautiful. I just hope the leader ship can follow the same trends.

When I arrived at the store all the employees but one were sitting outside. The lady inside was visibly angry and thrashing around the store and opening the door yelling at those outside. I proceeded to go through the drive through where I was instructed by the angry lady that there were closed due to no staff. I then tried to explain I placed my order online and ask if she could cancel the order. She ignored me and proceeded to discuss the staffing issue with someone and use a ton of profanity. I then drove up to the window to again try to get my order canceled so I could get the money refunded. The lady inside refused to acknowledge me and was on the phone screaming about the situation. She then walked outside and proceeded to curse at all the employees who walked out. Then can in and finally came to the window. She said she would not help me with anything because she was ādoneā then slammed the window closed in my face. I preceded to knock on the window again while saying I just want my order canceled and refunded and she proceeded to call the police on me for refusing to leave. So I drove back around and spoke to the employees in the parking lot. I found out one was a manager and because she was off the clock she would not help me. She also said she could not give me anyoneās name because it was against the law. She said that I could come between 930 and 1030 am to speak to miss Joyce who is a general manager I believe. She said there phones are down so I would not be able to call. She was on the phone with miss Joyce who offered no other form of contact. A 1 hour window to get this issue resolved is ridiculous. Also the manger inside was way out of line. Even if your the only one as a manger you should be trained in all areas and should be able to still assist customers and just apologize for the long wait times. The entire staff including the GM need to be replaced or the store...
