Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Tacoma

I ordered three pizzas. They were not ready until an hour after I placed the order. The pizzas were fine and of the quality I expected. But the trade-off in the mid-level quality of the pizza was supposedly the speed at which the pizzas are prepared. That is no longer the case.

The staff were fine, but every time I asked about my pizza I was told that mine were being prepared right now. That did not seem to be the case. It seems like they have far too much demand and not enough supply. Fifty minutes into my way I heard a staff member shout that it would be a 45 minute wait for a whole pizza. That is not a sufficient warning.

I can’t see myself ordering pizza from the food court again. Which is too bad, because I used to look forward to Costco...

This is the worst food court I’ve came across. I ordered 4 boxes of cheese pizza for my coworkers. I placed the order at 17:06pm via phone call. The staff member told me to pick it up at 17:40pm. I got there at 17:20 and notified him that I was there. He told me to wait & that the order wasn’t ready. At 17:45pm, I went up again, he told me it still wasn’t ready. I waited until 18:03pm, that’s when i called the store & apparently my order has just been sitting there since 17:40pm & they made the wrong order. I ordered 4, they made 2. Costco is a mess to shop in and I am not talking about the lines. The service is just awful, the employees with the best attitude are not the ones taking your food order or sending it out, their is no structure no organization, costco management sees the mess of pple scattered blocking entry to put in a order and does nothing, if you do a phone order they will ask you what time you want to pick it up, only to then tell you they can't do it until two hrs later. When food is ready for pick up they barely yell out your number loud enough, you can't hear it, and they leave your food at the counter where everyone goes up to touch it looking for their order, that is not...
