Google told me to update, so here's the update. Just as good if not better than before. Everyone there is amazing to deal with. I am, of course, partial to Rosa but you should be comfortable working with any of the employees. Still the only place I go.
The only place I go now. Best prices, very clean, ALL PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY and clearly marked with all information that you need to get an idea of what you want. Last, but not least, they have the best people. Go see Rosa. She's amazing, honest, and really knows her stuff. The only issues are that their stock can be low sometimes. However, they don't mind calling you if something comes in that you're looking for, and they don't mind you calling in.
One other thing that is a small issue to me is that there seems to be a lot of turnover. That seems weird. I applied twice with 30 years of customer service and sales experience, but never heard a thing š¤ If you do get someone new, which I don't do anymore, they seem to guess. I've never seen a new person go to management and ask a question. Again, been in that type of business for many years and I have always had to ask multiple questions when I'm first out on the floor. Example: Everyone I deal with knows that I smoke nothing but live resin or cured resin. I always make this clear, but sometimes forget to check. About 2 months ago I got new people two out of three times, and each time I got at least one distillate. Not good.
Again, talk to Rosa. Laura is great as well if Rosa isn't available. I would hire both of them if I was still hiring. In fact, I would try to recruit them.

In any other business that would indicate that itās a sale. But after I hand over my money, I get no change back and the guy tells me I get the black price since Iām not a member. Since this was after the transaction, I say since I felt like that wasnāt clear and I wasnāt aware Iād like my money back. Nothing on any cards saying membership required for the lower price. Iām sure if itās posted they have it somewhere unobvious. The guy says his manager isnāt here and Iād have to wait for him. But he was fine taking my money a literal minute ago. Tells me he doesnāt know when heāll be back and he ādoesnāt know what to tell meā. Didnāt get a warning, no total told to me when I was rung up, so Iām surprised when Iām charged that much and canāt get a refund. Not only dishonest business but also terrible service, felt like I was rushed so the place can be empty and they really donāt care. Not even an apology. Normally the security guard scans ID and then wait for someone to call me up, today was just straight up ignored as I walked in. Stood there a moment, then finally went to the atm. Stood there for about 15 mins before even being acknowledged I had put in an online order last night to pick up today. The girl looked for it and said she didnāt see it. She said she would go grab it and then ring me out at one of the counters. Then someone came over and just started ringing out another customer without saying anything like āsorry excuse us.ā The girl who grabbed my order then came back, assumed the woman next to me was with me, and then handed my order to another budtender to ring me out.
