On 7 December 2015, I went to this particular McDonalds to order breakfast. The individual who took my order was very kind, extremely professional, and did her job well. After I received my food, I went home to eat it. When I opened the bag, what I ordered was not there and to make matters even worse was that they had meat in the sandwiches. I normally order the same thing every time I go to any McDonalds and that is 2 biscuits with egg and cheese, NO MEAT and 2 hashbrowns.
So, I took this incorrect order back to that McDonalds to ask for the correct order only to be told they did not have anymore biscuits. Naturally, I am angry because I had to make a second UNNECESSARY trip to McDonalds to get the food I originally paid for to get nothing. As I was talking to the manager, another employee stepped in to voice her opinion (she was fat, ugly, and nasty looking) when it was not asked. Since I am speaking to the manager, that is the only person I want to talk to but with her interrupting and trying to badger me, I cursed at her and the manager. To give someone food that is prohibited due to religious restrictions is offensive and they could not accept that fact. So, not being able to trust these people, I just got a refund. Before I left, the fat, ugly, and nasty looking employee told me that I was not welcome back to that specific locale.
Guess what? There are many other McDonalds in the city of Tacoma and much closer to where I reside. I went to this one at this specific location because there was a Starbucks near your vicinity. You are not special. You are not outstanding.
Did it not occur to you that I had to take time out of my day to make an extra trip back to your locales to get my order fixed? Does it not occur to you that I have to pay for gas??? Is my time not as valuable as yours? I do not like my time being wasted on something that could have simply been alleviated by people who know how to do their job.
Do you honestly expect me and others to believe you DESERVE a 15.00 minimum wage??? If you cannot follow simple instructions on a computer screen, you do not deserve a 15.00 minimum wage. The service that I was given that day only proves you deserve to get paid what you dole out to your loyal customers.
Do you know what cleanliness is? How many times do I have to go there to look at the top of your coffee bean machine and see the weeks worth of dust, hair, lints, and other particulates that collect up there??? Do you know when you pour those coffee beans in that particular machine how much of that particulate matter goes in with the coffee beans???
So yeah, I will not going back to your locale anymore. ...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a bit of a bad experience UCI purchase something and went out to my car with my boyfriend to eat or ice creams and it was not even 15 minutes that I went back in telling the lady that I had to use the restroom and let me tell you I had to use it really bad and the lady told me I had to buy something I told her I was just saying you're not even 15 minutes ago I can show you my receipt I bought two ice creams and a burger sandwich and she told me that I had to purchase something again to be able to use the restroom I told her that's absurd it wasn't even 15 minutes and I really really have to go and I was polite and everything and then she she really just was rude and mean about it and I was like fine then give me a small soda please and then she went to ring it up but before she did she looked at me and she said machines are down and that was only in the front place you know she could have got a soda from the drive-thru area but she was just being rude and by that time she told meyou'll have to purchase something else and I seriously looked at her like a deer in the headlight you know like are you serious right now and I just stormed off because I was so peeved off and upon coming there again I didn't have that problem with her so I don't know what the deal was but it really ruined my experience I almost didn't even come back!!!! I love love McDonald's I have the app we always get treated to some ice cream there because I love your guys's ice cream but that girl seriously needs some customer service training or something you can't possibly tell me that I purchased something not even 15 minutes and I can't use the restroom you know what I mean like clearly I still have the ice cream in my hand when walking in there I was finishing it up you know like hello and I told her I have the receipt I can show you and she just did not care to see it or whatsoever like you know what I mean she was super snappy and rude I don't know what her problem was but I don't think she should have had one...
Read moreThis location is very disappointing and unprofessional. It seems like service is bad due to lack of interest in working there. My husband, daughter, and myself decided to give this location another try last night after our first bad experience. We ordered the Big Mac pack, the new spicy nuggets and a few other items. When we spoke to the lady on the intercom, you could clearly hear she was sick— stuffy nose, sniffing after every word, which made us a little weary as to why they would allow her to be at work. Next, we waited in line for over 20 mins to get our food. When we did get our food, we pulled over in the parking lot to see if all items were there (this was the problem we had last year.) After searching the bags, we discovered both our Big Macs missing. My husband had to then run inside to get them. He saw there was another customer inside complaining of the same problem. The only excuse they could offer both of them was that this deal does not pull up the Big Macs on the computer when ordered so they don’t see it. Really? It’s called the Big Mac pack... what do you think is supposed to be in there? Plus, you don’t know your specials? After an additional 10 mins, we finally got the burgers and were able to go home. By the time we got home, the fries were now cold. Not only that, but the nuggets were stale and hard and cold. Both big Macs looked great! But tasted awful. Barely any sauce (made in a hurry as they forgot,) and were cold. The taste was dry and so unsatisfactory. I have never had a bad Big Mac in my life until last night. My daughters meal was cold as well. It’s really frustrating to spend over $30 on food and it taste terrible, and most was inedible and thrown away for safety reasons.
