Frequently I have an outstanding experience here and am recognized at the drive thru window. I always order ahead and have picked up at this location for at least 2 years. I order a drip coffee with cream, sugar and an extra shot.
On May 23rd, I had to come back after picking up my order because the recipe on my drink wasn't followed, which has happened before and the baristas happily remake my coffee.
I returned to the walk up window stating I didn't like my coffee and wanted to have it remade. The barista asked if I still had my drink and I told her I thrown it out, but I had my receipt on my app. She responds she will get her supervisor.
The supervisor walks to the window and looks at my order on my phone. She tells me I did not place my order correctly, the same order I have been picking up for several years and order every day at my in-store starbucks. She proceeds to say my customizations are wrong and I need to put "heavy splash of cream" because "splash of cream" only means a little, when I have previously done what she is suggesting and my drink was given too much cream. She expressed no remorse and seemed annoyed I was returning to have my coffee remade.
She tells me she will remake the drink and leave the half and half in a cup on the side so I can pour it in myself, even though we discussed the correct prep for my coffee. I agree, and my drink is remade.
After pouring in the cream myself, I didn't have a way to stir my coffee. I get the supervisors attention because she has moved on from me and ask if she can stir my drink with the long metal spoon. Her response is she cannot bring anything back behind the window.
She proceeds to say "I thought we agreed you were going to do this yourself" in disbelief, before offering to get me the wooden sticks. Read moreI come here daily. Staff is always nice and pleasant. I wanted to try a new drink today a carmel macchiato. When I showed up to the window, confused with the hot drink being given to me. I asked if this was a caramel macchiato, and he said yes, however I wanted the one from the image so I made a mistake, not saying iced, and I looked confused, but then proceeded because they didn’t want to back up the line. There was another women with blonde hair who gave me the most rudest look ever. I asked her how her day was and she initially ignored my greeting then later responded. I went back to the window to advise this is the not drink that I was looking for and the other employee was a bit rude as well, throwing ice all over the floor as if she was upset with my request I mentioned, since it was my mistake I was going to pay for it and she said the same since it’s your mistake, you need to buy a new drink and I had no problems with it. At the end she gave the drink for free. I have never had a rude interaction with this crew before and I have never seen this crew myself. They were all pretty rude today to me for no reason customers make mistakes all the time and they should be expected. Read moreYesterday 12/30/24 around 130pm I placed an order on the Starbucks app intending to pick it up at this location. But when I arrived they said they didn't have an order under my name and I realized I had accidentally sent it to a different location near my house over 30 minutes away. I was just on lunch break and not able to drive to the other location. So I just ordered it again. I was annoyed and mad at myself because I messed up and didn't feel right calling the other location or trying to get a refund since it was my error. This kind of mistake always feels bad. Wasted money. So I pulled up to the window with my app out ready to pay again but the Barista at the window at this location whose name I very much regret not getting said it was OK and I didn't need to pay again in this situation and gave me my drink. 🥹 That immediately made me feel better while I was kicking myself for my mistake.
