Usually go there without issue. This morning (January 15, 2021)my daughter and I went there after our morning workout. (As we usually do) several issues this morning. For starters... Trash. There was trash on one of the tables and one of the trash cans were over flowing. Seating. Due to current circumstances no one is supposed to be seated in the dining area. There was a young lady seated at the counter with her laptop (quite possibly the manager but think about the image it portrays) Drinks. I ordered a Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato (that means sugar free syrup is used) with coconut milk and a total of five shots. There were only 3 shots put in and I watched the barista put the full amount of sugar in my drink. The young woman who took my order couldn't even get my name right even after I spelled for her 3 different times. My daughter ordered her(hot)drink as a venti but was given a Grande in a dirty cup. When my daughter told the barista that she ordered a Venti not a grande the barista snatched the cup from my daughter's hand (in an angry fashion)and "remade" her drink. Essentially just pouring the contents of the grande cup into a venti cup and adding milk and whipped cream. Her drink was cold when she finally received it.

Read moreMy drinks are consistently poured short here and I order no whip every-time so there is no reason to be shorted this much. The drinks are too expensive for that.
If you order through the app and chose the pickup at counter option expect no customer service. No one greets you and there is never an opportunity to fix the drink in the store. The store credit they give you for messing up becomes irrelevant. I’d just like my almost 9 dollar coffee to be made correctly, is that too much to ask for ?
For these reasons I’m no longer bringing my business...
Read moreAmazing customer service most times.... but many, if not all other, Starbucks stores have instituted measures to protect their customers such as handing off drinks in cups, gloves, not wrapping hands around the top of drinks, not handling cash and cards with the same hands that touch food. Not this store, they do wear masks and I’ve mentioned this to them but they seem annoyed. I get it I’m that woman, but I’m not trying to die for coffee. Just do one of them, wear gloves or if you handle cash or cards don’t wrap your nasty hands around the lid...
