I ordered a six inch ham with double meat on my way back to work from an appoitment. The same thing I've ordered every time for years. When I got back to the office it was clear that the sandiwch was not double meat, and on top of that there were very few veggies.
I called the store and was told that she was sure she put on double meat (again see pictures below and decide for yourself is that's "double" anything) and that she would replace it only if I brought the original sandwich right then.
As I was at work I couldn't do that, she told me that the owner of the store wouldn't let them do replacements unless it was immediatly and they had the orignal sandwich back. I let her know that was really unfortunte business practice and just ate what I got since I didn't have any other choice and there was nothing "wrong" with what I did get, even if it was not what I ordered.
I understand that some people take advantage of companies, but to outright refuse to fix a mistake that was clearly theirs is really frustrating and dissapointing. I work two minutes up the street and not only will not be going to this location again, I won't be ordering from them for our company either. We will go to the location slightly further away.
If you're the owner of this location and that is truly what you tell your employees, you should know its going to continue to lose...
Read morePlaced and paid for an order online, showed up to pick it up 15 mins later and the employee had to unlock the door and tell me they're closing early. I said but I have an online order. He said "you should be able to cancel it." I said why would I cancel, I already paid for it, it let me order,and your sign says you don't close until 8. This was about 630pm but this time because I had been waiting to get his managers info. He said "you hear that dinging sound? That's your online order trying to come through and as long as I don't accept it, it shouldn't charge you." I said it would have been helpful to know that you weren't going to make my order before I wasted half my lunch half hour trying to get food here. So now I'm stuck without a lunch because this dude got my order at a few minutes to 6,decided not to make it, decided not to have the system cancel or refuse it on his end, and I'm now out of time to go anywhere else. If the dude had just made it as soon as it came in (just a BMT wrap) or at least canceled so I'd get a notification, I wouldn't be going hungry tonight. Super cool...

She finally looks at us and tells us if she doesn't get to us in 5 minutes than we cant have our sandwiches. So i offer her to ring us up first than make our food.
