So far, I have tried their chicken, beef, pork, fish, and shredded beef tacos. I've also tried their shredded beef mulitas, shredded beef burrito supreme, and the shredded beef tostada... (I really loved the shredded beef haha) I didn't enjoy the chicken taco because I personally didn't like the spices/seasoning that came on it. The pork and beef tacos weren't bad, but my two favorite ones were the shredded beef and fish tacos, especially when paired with some lime, and their guacamole sauce. I believe they add a little bit of onions and cilantro on all of their tacos, with the exception of the fish taco, which had some added tomatoes, lettuce, and some crumbly, white cheese which I don't name the name of. The mulitas were good. They tasted just like the tacos except with some melted cheese on the tortillas. The tostada was good and had a good size to it. It had beans on the bottom, then meat, then lettuce, tomatoes and that cheese again. All those things tasted really good, and since I ordered all the same type of meat for most of them, I kind of knew what to expect. The only thing I had a problem with was the burrito. Their signs advertised that the burrito supreme would contain rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream, and meat, but they only put rice. beans and meat into it. It still tasted nice, and even though there were missing ingredients, it was still packed and heavy. I'm not sure why they didn't put all the ingredients in, but if they didn't have all of them in stock, I would want them to let me know before I ordered it. Their condiments station had a variety of veggies+fruit (radishes, carrots, jalapenos, and limes), and lot of different sauces such as pico de gallo, some semi-spicy guacamole sauce/salsa, plus others which I never get. The wait time isn't long, less than 10 minutes if it's not too busy. The workers are really friendly and always greet you with a smile. I would definitely recommend this to try at least once. They are not open on Sundays, even though google states they do. Check on Google for updates menu photos. Since they are located next to a gas station, parking may be tight if there are a lot of people. They only have about 3 parking spaces...
Read moreMeat so soft you could almost drink it. The burrito was a your standard large size, however it was a bit on the pricier side. Could be a few $$ less or so.
The California burrito was the only dish I tried. I’ve had thousands of these in my life and this one was pretty good. Although it had the core ingredients, it surprised me with the nacho cheese in it. I’ve never had one with nacho cheese in it. But it was surprisingly delicious. Carne asada was the softest meat I’ve ever had in a California Burrito and it was well seasoned. Not gonna complain about that either. I’ll be returning to try more...
Read moreOne of the best food trucks in the area by far. I strongly recommend checking out this hidden gem of Tacoma. It is conveniently located next to a convenient store😉 You get your money's worth on every menu item. They have the burrito place across the street beat in every aspect which is truly a noteworthy accomplishment. I will keep coming here to endulge in this fine establishment until my mouth stops being able to chew their...
