Casey's — Restaurant in Tahlequah

Only giving a 1 since it's the lowest you can give. I usually love this store but the upper management have no management skills. So as soon as the store truly gets busy in the summer, its a waste of time stopping here since the upper management think that one cashier can handle the amount of business they get. I just stopped and there was a line LITERALLY out of the front doors and down along the sidewalk. That is unacceptable for the customers and also the cashier that was there. That is what makes employees hate their jobs. But as long as we keep giving out upper management positions to idiots that are about as intelligent as a rock, it'll continue to happen. The normal crew if great and friendly...they just don't have enough support. So just don't stop there from between the start of May through to the end of August....unless you have about an hour or so to...

be alert when you get gas from this places on 5/11/22 we stop to this store to get gas for our truck and mowers and our blower's just to destroy our tools I lost tow blower each blower cost close to $700 each I talk to the manager Ashley to see if the was going to pay for our tools she tell me I will call you tomorrow she never didn't well probably because they was so busy getting they gas with water to try to hiding is really sad and disappointed about this place they don't take responsibility I lost my blowers they get Rich from the poor people I never going back to this...

CLEAN RESTROOMS! CLEAN STORE! HOSPITABLE STAFF! This is a great store. It was very clean. It was properly staffed with employees who seemed to be intelligent, well spoken, excellently trained and kind to guests. It is a rare find for certain! While I can't speak on other locations, I can tell you that this "quick stop" is a wonderful convenience. I want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff of Casey's @ South Muskogee Avenue Tahlequah Oklahoma! You were very helpful and got my husband and I off on great start to our road trip back home to Alabama. May God bless...
