The best way to describe this location and its workers is: kindhearted but inexperienced.

I ordered a matcha lemonade and a raspberry danish for dine in, the barista taking my order didn’t know how to punch in the danish into the ordering system. Whilst waiting for my order I overheard my barista say to her coworker, “how do you make matcha” and the taste of the matcha lemonade reflected her ignorance; the matcha was grainy and generally astringent. The raspberry danish was quite tasty, I just wish they would’ve had regular cheese danish’s because the raspberry jam on the danish was subpar at best. Lastly, I’d like to emphasize that my order was DINE IN and they proceeded to give me my order in a to go cup and to go sleeve.

The coffee was so bad I had to write a review… I’m not sure if I caught it on a bad day or if it was a new barista, but the coffee did not taste good at all! I ordered a cold brew with 2 pumps of caramel, and a cafe con leche iced, both coffees were SO weak. The cafe con leche was basically just sweet milk…. $10 for a ham sandwich I could’ve made better at home for $2. It had grocery store white bread, pre sliced cold cheddar, and unseasoned cold ham. The person working didn’t even call my name or tell me when it was ready. I sat there for a few minutes like where’s my food? I was so incredibly disappointed.The atmosphere said it all. It looked like those fake furniture set ups at Ikea or Target. There was also a cup of yellow liquid in the corner that looked like urine. Maybe I’ll walk back in one day to see if the pee cup is...
