A small group of us went to this restaurant to watch the game and it was probably the worst experience Iâve ever had at a restaurant. There was no one to greet us, and we had a hunt down a hostess to ask if we could get a table. When we finally got a table, nobody came to introduce themselves as our server, give us water or menus or anything until between 20-30 minutes have gone by and we had to bring it to the attention of a busser. When our server finally came, she asked if we wanted something to drink but we didnât have any menus so we had to wait for her to go get us some menus. An extensive amount of time went by before she returned and we put our order in. They didnât bring us chips and when I asked, she said they were out. Later on, I saw that other tables had chips so I had to go ask the kitchen to bring us some because once again, our server was nowhere to be found. We put our order in before half time and did not get our order until fourth quarter, meanwhile, larger parties around us were getting their food! after getting the attention of a busser, she came to our table to confirm our order because I believe our server forgot to put it in. The food was decent enough, we were given plastic silverware and no napkins. I had to ask our server multiple times for water and napkins and I ended up just getting them myself. When time came to pay, we noticed our bill was higher than the prices that were on the menus provided to us. When we inquired about it to our server (which once again never came back, we had to hunt her down to pay) she said thatâs just the way it is. A manager came out who was a very young girl, and she explained that the prices were âmany years old,â and that the âright prices were online, you shouldâve scanned the QR code on your tableâ but we pointed out did not have a QR code on our table. She said that our table happened to be the only one with no QR code but told my mom âthose are just the prices, love, itâs like a $2 difference.â This young girl spoke very disrespectfully to her and offered no apology or explanation. Needless to say we will not be coming back. The food wasnât great and the service...
Read moreWhen I entered Cancunâs, the atmosphere immediately was jovial and comforting. My group arrived when there wasnât a high volume of customers. Our waitress was prompt, efficient, and attentive to all of our needs and provided fantastic recommendations regarding food and beverage. The speed of service was very fast and was maintained even when more customers were entering.
I ordered the loaded fries with bacon and tried the chicken quesadillas. Both entrees were very palatable and appropriately priced. In addition, our group ordered two margarita towers, lemon drops, and the 99¢ Tequila shots (a Thursday special). All of the alcoholic beverages were to our liking and the margarita towers specifically blew us away with their delectable taste.
Lastly, a huge shout out and thank you to our server, Rosie, who was fastidiously serving us throughout the night regardless of how busy it got. Our order accuracy was 100% and we had no problems when the bill was being split.
Overall, this establishment is amazing and one that keeps food standards, service, and cleanliness of...
Read moreIf i could give a zero star review i would. The food wasnât the best but what stood out more than anything was the awful service. I believe her name was Molly. Never in my life have I gone out of my way to write a bad review but this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I took my grandma for lunch here sometime last week. My grandmother has stage 4 lung cancer and is deaf, Molly was our server and she had a terrible attitude the entire time, extremely rude to my grandmother and yelled at her to repeat herself multiple times, super impatient. I heard her and two other coworkers making fun of my grandmother for her meal requests and talking about spitting in her food and making fun of how she talks. As we were leaving she ran into my grandma and tripped her. This is completely unacceptable I will never come back here in my life and wouldnât recommend bringing anyone you...
