I recently ate lunch at the newly opened Charley's, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations with its amazing buffalo wings and overall dining experience.

The buffalo wings at Charley's are awesome. Cooked to perfection, each wing was bursting with flavor. The staff at Charley's also deserve some recognition for creating such a warm and welcoming environment. Their friendly personality and genuine passion for the food that they were preparing made my visit even more enjoyable. The workers are extremely friendly and you can tell that they enjoy being there.

I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteak and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The behavior of the staff was notably unfriendly and seemed inattentive to customer needs, which made the dining experience quite unpleasant.

Moreover, the food quality was below expectations. The cheesesteak I received was not fresh, lacking the usual flavors one would expect from a reputable establishment. It was stale and did not meet the standard I anticipated.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a significant concern. The dining area appeared unkempt and poorly maintained, which is off-putting and raises questions about the overall hygiene standards of the place.

I ordered through the website a sandwich combo with fries and cheese sticks. I requested no peppers on my sandwich because I can't eat peppers when I went to go pick up my order and hurry back to work I was told that they were making it fresh and that was OK I got.my order and went back to work which is right.up the walk way I opened the bag and they didn't put the cheese sticks in and when I opened the sandwich it had.peppers on it. So yes I'm upset about it cause I couldn't leave work to take it back and I had to toss it in the garbage because of the peppers on it so I spent 20 something dollars on a sandwich I couldn't eat and cheese stick that were missing from my order and fries that were cold.
