I wish I could give this place 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I placed an order through drive thru. When I received my order after pulling up and waiting. I informed the person who brought my food out, I received two items that were wrong. He took the items and my receipt back into the building, after about 7 min he came back out with the same food advising me I would need to either come inside to pay the $3 difference, go back through the drive thru to pay, or take the fries. I advised I would not be doing that as it is not my fault they entered my order wrong, he went back inside and about 5 min later came back out to say the same thing. I responded the same and another person came out with my shakes and concrete mixer and advised the same. I refused so Michelle who I assume is the manager came out to say the same thing. I advised her I would not be doing so and they should promo the difference based on the inconvenience. She said they were unable to. I told her that was a lie as I have worked in customer service for many years. I told her my shakes/ice cream was melting and I still needed to get them home. I ended up requesting a refund and will never visit this location again. If I wanted to go inside with a sick child, I would not have used the drive thru and I was not about to go back and sit in the drive thru just to pay $3. My family of 5 visited this place frequently and if you’ve eaten here before, you know it’s pricey. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that doesn’t value their customers. Read moreI’m a huge fan of Culver’s but this is a highly inefficient operation. This place desperately needs the attention of corporate the franchisee. Tonight what I witnessed was management working like snails while employees were joking around and having fun. There must have been 20 people on staff, 4-5 people were working in the kitchen and they seemed to be moving quick. It looked like there was 4 people on the line a manager that was taking their sweet time and packing the orders rather than directing her team which were just hanging out near the line as she was packing orders. It seems that the drive through was moving very efficiently however because all the teams attention was focused on the drive through. So much so that they stopped taking orders inside to ensure they they could keep up with the demand of the drive through rather than fairly prioritizing both lines. The people who were running food weren’t doing anything either when it got busier and were hanging out as we watched a select few people work very inefficiently on the team. Once we finally got to order we continued to wait over 15 minutes for our order to be brought out. My burger was forgotten about when they brought our meals so I had to request for it to get made and the cheese curds were cold. I understand that quality takes time but 2 hours for a fast food experience is unacceptable. To whomever is in charge of this place please give it the love and attention it needs, your staff is failing to operate. I will say the food we got was very...
Read moreWe very much enjoyed the frozen custard, although the single scoop was very small. The fries were delicious! We thought the burgers we very salty, and will not get those again, but the pot roast sandwich was very good. We will go back to try other things on the menu.
Although this was fast food, we appreciated that servers came around and asked if everything was ok, and cleaned our table.
Aside from the eating experience, on another occasion, I had a parking lot issue. At the risk if sounding like a bad driver, I will try tell my story. I parked on an end while waiting for food at the drive through. There is a section of cement curb, that stuck out a lot further than expected. I backed out of the spot and when I attempted to pull forward, I ran over this section of barrier, and my car got stuck. When I backed off the curb, the splash gard of my car was pulled off. Here I am in the FL heat trying to climb under my car to cut it off, since I couldn't drive with it like that. Employees came out to let me know I couldn't park there, and retreated when they saw my predicament. Anyway, my mechanic was able finagle it back, for now, but to actually replace it, it will cost over $300. A few weeks later, I took my husband to Culver's and showed him the offending curb. By then, it was obvious, I am not the only person to run over it. It is very unfortunate that a brand new restaurant would have such a poor...
