Sbarro Tallahassee — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I downloaded Sbarro application to order pizza. And I ordered whole pizza. But stupid Sbarro application automatically chooses location as a 2447 Monroe Street and and Sbarro application doesn’t show customers the location. Sbarro application doesn’t work properly. But I was in the mall and I was trying to order pizza 🍕 from food court at mall at 1500 Apalachee Parkway Tallahassee Florida. I called another location 10 times to cancel pizza order but they’re not answering phone calls. I tried to cancel pizza order from Sbarro application but they don’t let me cancel pizza order. Not recommended. Poor quality...

Katasha does not know how to be kind to the guest and was extremely rude to another guest and cutting them of by speaking out of line. Katasha is suppose to be an employee of Sbarro's although if I was her supervisor I would definitely be having a meeting on her attitude towards guests. Matter fact on would have fired her on the spot but how she spoke to a guest. Tallahassee florida...

Great pizza and always friendly customer service. I love the spinach Stromboli, myself! Katesha brought out hot and fresh pizza and provided excellent customer service. While there I saw the employees wipe down tables for the customers that are inside the store. I missed Sbarros and this was a nice welcome back.
