Dear Dunkin' Team on Apalachee and Capital Circle,
I key this note still basking in the afterglow of the truly memorable visit I had at your establishment today, a visit that has firmly etched itself in my memory.
Your staff, navigating the treacherous waters of a demanding day, initially appeared brisk, a facade swiftly melted away by a mere drop of support and compassion from a fellow traveler on life's winding road. What I witnessed thereafter was nothing short of extraordinary. Trinity, in particular, stood out as a beacon of understanding and humanity, embodying the very essence of kindness and empathy that the world so desperately needs.
In an age where patience wears thin and tempers flare quick, the generosity extended to me – from free samples as a token of appreciation to the sincere acknowledgment of my understanding – was a testament to the deep-seated goodness that lies at the core of your team.
It's establishments like yours that elevate the brand and experience of Dunkin' Donuts, not just in Tallahassee but as a standard to be emulated. It's not just the coffee or the donuts. It's the heart.
I cannot recommend this Dunkin' location enough and extend my commendations to Dunkin' Donuts across Tallahassee for fostering such a nurturing environment. To anyone seeking a place that serves up more than just a quick bite, look no further – this is a locale that nourishes the soul.
With heartfelt gratitude and the highest of recommendations,
Ethan -...
Read moreSo I was working a 11 hr shift at work and I wasn’t able to eat anything before my shift so I was hungry so I asked my coworker to pick up my order from dunkin on the way to work. I placed this order 2 hrs before it was supposed to be picked up. Well when my coworker went to pick it up she was ignored by the staff for what she says 10 minutes. When they finally help her she asked for my order. They say that they ran out of the munchkins I ordered. Totally fine you run out it’s replaceable then they say they already turned their ovens off for cleaning. While I understand if it’s slow businesses like to get closing duties done early. But it was an hour before close and I placed my order 2 hrs prior. And they didn’t decide to call and tell me they ran out or turned the oven off they waited for us to pick it up to tell us. So my coworker asked if they could cancel it. The worker told me to cancel it through the app. Well the app didn’t give me the option. I am frustrated because there was a lack of quality customer service communication and a refund. This could of been avoided if there was a phone call. My coworker wouldn’t have had to drive out of her way for no reason I wouldn’t have to waste my money and I wouldn’t be as frustrated as I am with this establishment. This is my go to dunkin store and I am really frustrated with...
Read moreI have had probably 9 bad experiences out of every 10 visits I make to this dunkin. I don't know why I keep coming back - it's like stockholm syndrome or something. I know it's going to taste like brown water with caramel flavoring and I give them another try anyways. The only thing consistent about this location is that your drink is guaranteed to taste like some different variation of pond water every time. The management is also extremely shady. Drinks that are advertised with whipped cream (whipped cream is on the app receipt too) don't come with it. When you ask for whipped cream on the drink that's supposed to have it, they then tell you that "it's going to cost extra, store policy". I'm guessing the manager is just pocketing this money. Good luck going in the store to pick up your mobile order drink, because the employees will do everything in their power to avoid eye contact with you as your prepared drink melts into undrinkable slop on the back counter, just out of reach. Also good luck going into the drive through, because you will immediately become trapped in a purgatory of 20 minutes of waiting.
My recommendation for the humble coffee enjoyer? Leave your house 10 minutes earlier in the morning and hit up Lucky Goat, or even Redeye, which is right down the road, faster, and...
