Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I came in excited to try my favorite place at this new location! Grew up eating at Jeremiah’s in my hometown. My experience at this location was horrible. It was empty I was first to order but some how people who came in way after me got their order first. I was last to receive my order. The girl who took my order sat down next to me at a table with a boy who came in way after me chatting. She took him a cup of icecream which I thought was mine. I still didn’t get my order. Brought it to her attention since she was sitting next to me and she said she forgot, even asked what did I order so she can make it. The store was empty when I came in so I’m confused how she forgot my order. Seemed like she was more concerned with flirting with her boyfriend, no other worker was sitting down. The rest were at the register talking. The store was not busy at all. After waiting for the 4 people who came in after me to get their order and her sitting down I finally got my order incorrectly. I ordered a specialty Oreo seems new. She literally just gave me vanilla icecream and Oreo toppings. She looked confused making my order while looking at the menúe. Her boyfriend sitting next to me actually got the cup I paid for. By referencing the picture on menu. Didn’t get her name she had a tattoo on her arm , short black hair wavy/curly, she was short , and was wearing a tank top. Loved the Italian ice, but fell in love with the caring customer service!!! I was taken care of by this lovely lady with the kindest soul! Gigi truly shines with her warm, caring approach to customer service. From the moment you walk in, her friendly demeanor makes you feel welcome. She scoops the Italian ice with such skill and precision, ensuring that each serving is perfect and not too little and not too much. But it’s not just her technique that impresses; it’s her genuine kindness and the way she interacts with every customer. I myself witnessed her care towards not only myself, but other customers around me. Gigi’s awesome personality and professionalism make her stand out. I love it here and I come very often! And will Continue to come! However there’s an employee that I haven’t seen ever but tonight I did when me and my family came in to order our snack for tonight your cashier had a bit of a snarky attitude. Kinda like she was annoyed that we were taking so long on deciding what exactly we wanted. I didn’t catch her name but she had brown or burgundy hair with a nose ring and was Caucasian and as I stated this was my first time encountering her. I do love coming here and will return just wish she would have had a better attitude for a better experience.
