Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I should have known when I walked in at 12:10 and there were only 2 other customers in the store,(which for this location is never the case) that my visit was going to be a nightmare and I was right. I have NEVER had issues to this degree at this store before, but this was atrocious. My first encounter was with an employee taking my order who asked me what I wanted, and when I said a Moo Moo Mr.Cow she said “Oh,what’s that? that’s the part of the test I failed” Then she kept repeating how frustrated she was, and that she was about to walk out. Then, they have no grilled onions, no corn pico, no cookies (for the kids meal) worst part is not one employee in there (and there were 3) could figure out how to wrap my burrito!!! REALLY?!!! They kept saying there was ‘too much stuff on it’ Like WHAT? Even the MANAGER had to get a larger tortilla. That's absurd. I’ve been going to this location for years, and no one has EVER had this much of an issue doing a basic job requirement. THEN, I get to the check out part and taste one of my chips and they were AWFUL. I asked for fresh chips, and she had to go to the back to get more and came back with cold unsalted, still stale chips. Even the cash register was off line and no one knew how to fix it. AVOID THIS LOCATION...

Absolutely disgusting. I don’t even know where to begin so maybe I’ll start with the place itself. They don’t even have an open sign, the windows are so dark you can’t even see inside; you’d think they were closed down. The tables were disgusting and needed to be cleaned, they are also falling apart. My drinks fell twice because of how wobbly they were. The atmosphere is depressing and just all around gross. You can’t even throw your trash out because the garbage is overflowing out of the bin. The food however was the worst of them all. The meat was horrible and had the worst texture, taste, and consistency. Absolutely no flavor at all. They were out of every single topping. Who wants to pay $10 for a burrito with nothing in it? I mean come on. No sauces available, no onions, no cilantro, no nothing. The Drink station was empty as well. What a horrible experience. I pretty much paid to get food poisoning and sit in a dump. Don’t even get me started on whatever disgusting thing I found in my chips….which were yes stale as rocks, fried in oil that should have been changed a year ago. You can taste the filth in every bite at this place. Go to Taco Bell next...

I am Moe's fan but today, Trash. Never have I ever, walked into Moe's not even in the airport greeted with smikes and an excited, WELCOME TO MOE'S! This locations food was just as its service and leadership. And what's even as crazy, there was little to nobody but us in there. After our experience , I understand why.

We ordered nachos with tofu, requested tofu be EXTRA firm, which every Moes we visit, they understand let it cook a few min longer. We got our food and it was undercooked. When I asked for a refund b/c it was not done, the manager said it was prepared according to cook time but Ill take care if the refund.

I'd also like to mention she stood in the kitchen door speaking to the employees smoking a Vap!! I will NEVA visit this location, again. And neither to anyone reading this review.

But I will continue to visit other Moe's back home, Texas.
