In Tallahassee for FSU homecoming and my husband and I just drove 7 hour so as always we order out first night. Well we were given list of restaurants by hotel staff. We chose pizza and ordered extra large 1/2 supreme and 1/2 pepperoni and italian sausage. Ordered larger size dinner tonight lunch tomorrow. My husband went in to get pizza. He came out with box sooooooo big and I thought what in the world was that? He walked to our SUV and had to put in back and said this is a extra large pizza. We spent like $33 so I was like no way this was that price. So obviously great value for pizza, now on to the taste. That surpreme pizza was amazing. The veggies were perfectly good and the toppings tasted so fresh. The meats were great as well and the italian sauage was really good. My husband loved his pepperoni and italian sausage pizza. The toppings to cheese ratio was perfect. I'm glad we didnt order extra cheese. 😆The crust was perfect, not thick but on the thin side but not cracker thin and it had a very nice chew. Definitely need two hands to eat slices. We will definitely go back but will bring reinforcements to help us eat pizza. Thanks Momo's!

First time going to a pizza place in Tallahassee, and first time in awhile having pizza at all. I'd heard about the huge slices, so I wanted to check it out. When I went, it was pretty dead in there. Not many people at all, but that was good for me, faster service. The atmosphere was really casual and chill, and the prices were good too. I ordered the Luau slice and Buffalo Cheese Bread sticks . The bread sticks came out pretty quick, had ranch on the side, and wasn't too spicy, which I enjoyed. The bread sticks, like the pizza, are very thin crust, so they had a nice crunch. The pizza came out and it really was a huge slice. I didn't even need to get the bread sticks to fill up at all. The pizza was decent, not the best I've had, but the size is what draws people to it I believe. It wasn't oily so that's a plus. The main issue I had was that some of the workers were talking to some customer friends of theirs, and they were discussing some rather vulgar things pretty loudly. If I were a family, I would have been pretty mad if kids were present. Overall not bad, probably won't go back for awhile though.

We were in town visiting our son & his wife & wanted to get some pizza. They had recently found Momo's & took us there. The pizza was excellent! My husband & I got a medium pizza (which was huge & enough for several meals). They each got 1 slice of pizza & an order of cheese sticks. Everything was served hot & fast. The server was very attentive, making sure we had plates, utensils, etc...& Checking back to see if we needed anything else. I would definitely suggest this as a place to go to friends who were going to be in the area. I took pictures to show our friends. My cousins grandkids call her Momo so I had to take a picture of the sign to show her too. The picture of the whole pizza is a medium (24") size half & half that my husband & I split (3 meals each). The other pictures are of the 1 slice of pizza that they got. You can see how huge the slices are. I didn't get a picture of the guy tossing the pizza in the air, but it was quite impressive!

I Had a horrible experiences my first time here. I was the only Person of color in the establishment last night and I hate to be that person but i feel my poor experience and poor quality of food may have been racially motivated. My waitress however was amazing but the woman with the orange hair sophia preparing the food kept giving dirty looks once we decided to change the order. The pizza came out and looked soggy & disgusting. My friend who lives in town and suggested this establishment said the ascetic looked off & wasn't the quality he was use to. Even our waitress said it looked soggy. After eating through a piece and it tasting funny I no longer wanted the medium pizza. The real issue I had was with poor management. When we said we didn't like it the manager told the waitresses we would have to pay for it. We asked for her to come look at the pizza instead of trying to charge us or force another pizza on us after we didn't eat it. She saw the quality and agreed it wasn't up to par. She then offered a gift card. We accepted it and she took care of the ticket for the inconvenience or so we thought. We return the next day during a different shift to give them another shot. My friend was adamant that momos pizza is top tier and it may have been that shift . We go in only to have the same manager and cook. The manager was rude and unprofessional had the audacity to try and make us pay for the ticket from yesterday whe she said out of her mouth that we were good. It was as if she was trying to speak to us in a condescending manner and humiliate us infront of other staff and customers. I didn't appreciate that at all. If there was a miscommunication with her and the waitress why bring it up to us the next day. We had a poor experience due to the quality of the food and some of the staff that seems to have an issues with black men. I'm writing this incase any other person of color has or has had this kind of experience to know they're not imagining things and are not alone. People should receive the same level of service with out discrimination. I hope some changes are made because the manager and...

Out of the 20ish empty tables on a Sunday afternoon they had—only 3 were full. And we were turned away. Because of some stupid policy. NEWSFLASH FOR ANYONE WANTING TO ORDER OVER THE PHONE—YOU CANNOT DINE IN. We were NOT told this prior to ordering and paying over the phone for our XL pizza. WE EVEN SAID WE ARE A FEW MINS AWAY—they never stated you cannot dine in if you pre-order by phone. So we arrived to order drinks and sit down to eat, and we were told that we cannot due to their store policy. We even talked to both managers—totally worthless. We are from out of town with our tally friends. We called ahead to order pizza to dine in. Paid over the phone. Only to be told in person we are not allowed to dine in if you pre-order over the phone.

I could understand this policy somewhat if they were slammed busy with people—but it was an empty restaurant.

We asked that if we buy drinks—can we please dine in, and eat our pizza with our drinks? They said they would NOT give us our pizza, until our drinks were finished and we were ready to leave!?!

So we asked for our money back and left. They NOT ONLY LOST customers—and money they could have earned—but they earned quite a few bad reviews. Thanks for nothing!

Customer service is WORTHLESS! It’s all about policy vs the customer. #unbelievable

We went to Momo's on a Saturday night at about 9:00 PM. It was super busy when we walked in. We were told that a whole pizza would take about 45 minutes but that slices would take about 15-20 minutes, so we agreed to wait for slices. We ended up waiting for an HOUR for two slices of pizza. We saw multiple people asking the staff when their pizza's would be out, so we were not the only one's waiting. In all fairness the place was busy, BUT we got no explanation or apology for the wait from the staff and the person who took our order obviously grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take for the kitchen to get our pizza to us.

We took the pizza to go and were again disappointed when we ate it - the crust was soggy and too thin to support the toppings. Yes, the piece was huge, as advertised, but it fell apart under the weight of the sauce and toppings. The parts of the crust not covered in sauce were dry and burnt. The sauce itself was also not great - I can't put a finger on what was off about but there was definitely something there that was not good. Toppings were fine but nothing to write home about.

Bottom line - I would not eat here again and would not recommend it, despite all of its excellent reviews...
