I did not have a good experience. We don't expect much from retail restaurants but the service was unacceptable. We ordered online to have the pizza delivered to our apartment which we've had no problems with any other store delivering here. Its about an hour after we ordered and we get a call from the call center that the driver supposedly "called" us repeatedly and turned back around, however me and my sister received no such call. We were perfectly capable of receiving phone calls but the only phone call we received was them telling us the driver turned around.

We called the store and the lady there is very rude and snarky. Put us on hold and we asked to carry it out. Mind you my apartment is literally just 5 minutes down the road so we thought 15 minutes wouldn't be a big deal. We arrived at the store immediately and they told us 7 minutes left, we waited there an extra 15 minutes and noticed everyone else's food being prepped before ours which was supposedly in progress. I try explaining the situation to the cashier working that day and she was quite rude to us. Pretended not to hear us and slip to the back for an extended period of time. It was very uncomfortable. She hands us the food saying check, everything should be there and we just wanted to be done with it so we left. When I arrived at my apartment I noticed that I ordered a soda and the cashier forgot to hand it to me so I drove back to ask for the soda. She handed me a white pepsi bottle and I simply asked if this is diet pepsi or the normal one? The diet pepsi brand typically uses light colors while the normal brand uses blue - I've never seen it before. She said "yes, diet pepsi will always say diet".

I was told by my friends that this particular location has a history of this type of negligent and unprofessional behavior. The management here needs to be put in check and they need to hire people based on their professionalism. We're not asking for 5-star service, but there are minimum standards based off of what everyone else is doing.. Someone could have simply notified us if they were backed up or if we would have to wait a little longer - that would not have been an issue. If we went to the store and the cashier girl could have simply acknowledge the our frustrations and apologizing for the miscommunication, that would not have been an issue. But the fact that I work all day, and ended up being able to get my order almost 2 hours after I ordered it, in addition to all the snarky attitude that went along with it just left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). We had to have them redo our order. I have nothing against the company but this particular location will not be earning my hard...

3 time I’ve called on different days to order and it was always a problem. (1) called to order and the employees just picked up the phone didn’t say nothing just went straight to there advertisement voicemail and was left on hold 3 times with no pick up so while I was waiting on hold for 20 min I made it to the store just to see employee pick up the phone and put everyone else on hold . (2) called another day ordered pizza with extra pepperonis and the put the normal amount on it ask employee I ordered extra pepperonis which it says on the receipt and nothing was done about it.

(3) called today to order a pizza and the female red wanted to play on the phone like she couldn’t hear me so I called back from the same number just private and she still played on the phone. Red picked up and said thanks for calling puzza hut how can I help you I then asked can you hear me instead of saying yes I can hear you she kept on repeating thanks for calling Pizza Hut how can I help you then I told her you can hear me what is your problem then she replied I can hear you 🤨 they need new management bad!! Also will let corporate know about this because I e already called the district manager Sabrina and nothing was done done about the past 2 problems so I guess I’ll call corporate...

I’ve ordered food from this restaurant plenty of times and every time I order mostly is correct but the last time I ordered was disgusting I do not recommend anybody to eat from this particular restaurant because The staff And management is unprofessional they are not kind they make me feel like I don’t want to be a part of anything dealing with pizza at all anymore and to be honest they leave a disgusting taste in my mouth toward the whole franchise I would not recommend any of my friends and family to partake in any of their endeavors anymore I don’t even want my children to eat from this restaurant anymore I don’t even want my children’s friends Or classmates to eat from this restaurant anymore I don’t even want my children’s sports teams to be eating from this restaurant anymore I’m not even going to recommend this restaurant for any of our events and we have a pretty big families and we know a lot of people so the world will go around I spent a lot of money to be disappointed and I will not be disappointed like this again because I will never deal with this...

Well I went ahead and ordered Pizza Hut because of my daughter wanted certain things so I added a salad for myself side salad. It took them almost 35 minutes to do a side salad which wasn't even a salad it was just a bit of lettuce literally and then it was hardly any lettuce. And the manager on duty said that's how they make them. Nothing like their picture which has tomatoes and other things in it besides lettuce. The pizza is only a little better than frozen, toppings are the only thing the Hut has going for it. Dough on the most part is frozen but the toppings are not.

They were having a special, so the line was long. Everyone was buying $2 personal pan pizzas, which caused a delay on orders. I was able to purchase 2, pineapple on one, and black olives on the other. Both pizzas were made on breadsticks, which made them larger than the personal pizzas. I loved that! My pizzas were fresh out of the oven. Plenty of cheese,pineapples, black olives, and a delicious crispy buttery crust. They made my pizzas perfectly!

Well I went ahead and ordered Pizza Hut because of my daughter wanted certain things so I added a salad for myself side salad.
