Proof at FSU — Restaurant in Tallahassee

Went for the first football game of 2023 and waited almost two hours for an order of fries with nothing to make up for it. We went up to ask three times and was told they were back up but saw an order of fries sitting under a lamp, but they insisted it wasn’t ours. Very disappointed especially due to the high cost of food. I was told you could sit anywhere around the area and they would bring it to you and they did not even call out. I went back as I was starving since the fries took almost two hours and decided to stand right where the orders were made. Got it in less than 5 mins. Wasn’t even good. The bartender was nice but the food service is bad and the management did nothing to correct...

The staff here makes all the difference: Arwen, Astrid and Michaela (hope I spelled that close to correctly) are absolutely awesome!

My daughters and some of friends, 6 of us in total, stopped in on a Saturday afternoon during Family Weekend in September 2025. The bartenders immediately took to my 6 year old daughter and made her feel like the most special, appreciated person! They were attentive to all of us and great ambassadors for FSU.

The food is decent - regular bar food and nothing special. The drinks are quite good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is a lot of fun during football games on the weekends.

Bartender basically did her best to ignore me even after making eye contact with me 3 times(happened August 30 2023) very unsatisfied, she continuously talked to already ordered patrons and ignored new comers to the bar completely. Edit on further reflection and research, they were only notified that they were going to open with minimal time to prepare, so the fact that this bartender was working so fast is admirable, she did well, and when I wasn't served after a long while another gentleman started helping her serve and gave me my first drink free to make up for it. She and this man were very talented bartenders and deserve a raise after that...
