Night manager with big hips n thighs won't let you walk thru drive thru even though when u call corporate they say yes you can. But she can come out the back door by the drive thru sign in her fuzzy slippers and street clothes carrying food over and over back and forth while you quietly sit on the curb. If she says no walking why can't she bring my food on one of her many trips outside?? Then I ordered online and took forever to get anyone to answer the phone inside to tell them and ask if I go to the door or drive thru only to get the phone sat down and listen to employees cussing about my online order saying I think I'm slick and went over their heads. She showed me though,I asked for condiments on the app and asked when I was handed the bag if they were in it and was told yes and the straw too only to get home and not only were the condiments not there,no napkins,no straws,no spoons for the frostee or chili and my large fry was a small ice cold fry and I was even given a plain except for a ton of onions and pickles Jr bacon cheeseburger when I ordered a Dave's triple with cheese and no onions or pickles. I didn't even look until I walked back home because I was so aggravated with the manager being so nasty to me and the drive thru issue plus I just walked 2 miles and want food,I'm not trying to piss anybody off so I just decided to leave it alone because she made it clear with her purposeful mistakes on my order that she would win this battle. There's never enough staff at the counter either when it is open,they're all in the back laughing and playing. But the staff other than that manager are super nice especially a young black lady who is at the drive thru a lot and gives my dog a chicken nugget and the other manager she is above and beyond concerned with my order being fast and perfect. She said she sees no problem with walking thru the drive thru especially when you don't have a vehicle. There's never baked potatoes when my husband or I come and that's his favorite so he's always disappointed about that. Food is too expensive to put up with this much drama but there's nothing else close or open late so u deal with what u have to. I love the food though and it's...

At 11:50pm on 6/22/23. I drove to Wendy’s after I left work . There was two cars in front of me. One at the window, and one at the speaker. After five minutes the person at the window received their food. Then the car in front placed there order then it was my turn. I waited and waited. I was unsure if they closed at 11pm. I was waiting 4 minutes and NO ONE said anything. I said hello again. Then I heard a voice over the speaker that was yelling , and her tone was rude, she said hold on it’s only 4 of us here. Hold on!

I was sitting there for over 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. The lady was rude and unprofessional. A hello (from her) I will be with you in a minute would have been nice. I would have understood and waited patiently if I knew they closed at 12am I would have just waited without saying anything. I was saying hello to make sure they did not close at 11pm. The other car drove off and she said okay now we can help you. I ordered a a large fry and she said pull forward at this point I was scared to eat the fries. When I got to the window the rudeness continued. Customer Service is very important. Her behavior is unacceptable and that was a terrible way to treat some one

Needless to say I I never received my fries. I was very displeased.

I placed and order through drive thru, after I paid for it they asked to to pull up and they would bring it out , NOBODY else was in line at the drive through and NOBODY was inside at the counter, after waiting close to 10 mins i got out and went inside, The manager on duty didn't even know they had a order at the window waiting to be served , afterwards they hand a bag of cold food sitting on the counter so the manager asked the employee was she gonna remake it and the employee evidently said no because she turned around to give me the cold food that had been sitting in the counter and mind u it wasn't my order, I stated I don't want that cold food so the manager took the hamburger out the bag to make another one i then said I don't want these cold fries and nuggets the manager acted like she was frustrated with me when I did nothing wrong. Not one time did she apologize and when i got home to eat what was suppose to be fresh hot food everything was still cold and the hamburger has cheese that wasn't melt and plastic still on pieces of the cheese i felt when i bit into it and bread hard as a rock, That was by far the worse experience I had and i took pictures of the food and the plastic wrapping still on half of the cheese i could have choked on if i had not felt it when i took a bite out the unfresh food....
