Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tampa

I wish there was another BR on this side of town. Every time I come to this place I end up throwing out what I ordered. Coffee and ice cream you really can’t mess up but their food 🤮 This is the semiconductor time in 2 wks I’ve ordered the tomato pesto grilled cheese. It’s supposed to be how, if it’s made fresh which it shld be made to order, or at the very least warm. I waisted 15 min for a cold grilled cheese and that ended up not even having tomatoes 🤷🏻‍♀️ I won’t come here again. I’ll drive further to get what I want made right and have my ice cream day with my kid...

They have 5 flavors and only 1 girl working both stores, with no one else indoors. The website isn't right for anything at all, hours, flavors, drinks, etc. They don't have table service or inside availability, so if you want anything you have to do, drive thru only, which wouldn't be a problem if they put up a sign telling potential customers. This is a corporate and a management issue, not the poor girl working there. Do better BR and DD, would have been a $30 ticket at least, and you ran off at least 5 other groups in the 15 minutes...

They messed up our order. Had a guy who was probably new but didn't know the difference between a sundae and a banana split. We were ignored by a girl for the first five minutes. The icecream shake was milk with a few cookie crumbs. The only thing I can say is that they got one out of 3 orders right but it was a one scoop waffle cone... I hope they train the workers how to properly make most of the ice cream products offered, so no one else has to go through this impractical joker of an...
