Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Tampa

The manager (Gabby) and the owner seem to be the only ones concerned about the customer, at this location. Three times, not one but three times I have had to call and speak with the manager Gabby about my order being inaccurate, even though clearly in the receipt I have indicated what I wanted with my order. And eqch time Gabby located my receipt and said, your right its on the receipt. In one iccassiin the manager on duty basically told me oh well it was on the receipt, so I don't know why they weren't in the bag. Today I called in my order and was quite clear with my request to Janae. I even told her I knew she was not the individual who took the order in the past, but to ensure I receive what I am requesting i reitterated my request. After placing the order Miss Janae the disrespectful employee failed to ensure the phone was completely hung up, before she proceeded to tell her coworker how I freaked out on her about not receiving crackers with my meal are you fricken kidding me and proceeded to ramble on for a good three minutes about me requesting crackers. I waited and listened, then hung up called back to let Miss Disrespectful know I heard every word she told her coworker about me. This location may want to consider better hiring practices and training on how to treat...

I come here quite often and today my sister and I stopped around 3 pm to place a to go order for a turkey pesto and chicken salad sandwiches with soups. When we checked the order we had virtually no turkey it was legit a baby piece and SUPER light pesto. My sister had very light chicken salad on her sandwich. We also didn’t receive crackers with our soups. I know how the sandwich should look we are regulars, so when I asked if they can add more meat the blonde hair girl seemed as if it was a problem. When her and the gentleman with the glasses remade the sandwiches we checked again, and once again the pesto was very light I asked for more. The blonde haired girl came from the kitchen to give me the sandwich and said “its on the bottom its there” like it was an issue. Apparently I wasnt the only customer who had an issue with their order because she was messing up other orders as well. I’m very disappointed and I will note to not come on a Saturday again.

We love Chicken Salad Chik. This was the second time we've been to this location. First time I just got take out. This time we ate in. Food tasted delicious and when face to face interaction, the staff was friendly. We showed up around 530pm for dinner. The girl running the front was already cleaning for the night and I could tell by the look on her face she wasn't happy we pulled in. They didn't close for another hour and a half but was already mopping. My sons kid meal came with a fruit cup which had 2 hairs in it, we sent it back, they gave us a new one which still had hair in it. The rest of the food was fine and delicious. I definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chik and we will be back. But hopefully this store manager will see this and make some appropriate changes. Don't let this review...
