Selfishly I don't want to write this bc I want to keep this place for myself, but that would be doing the owners a real disservice & it's people like this we should be keeping in business.
The Italian side of my family are chefs & restaurant owners where everything is homemade, special & made with love so it's hard to be impressed with a lot of places cause they tend to fall short. Clearly this place is soooo damn good.
My go-to is always Asian, especially Thai & I've had a lot of it. Their red curry duck was so tender & the sauce- don't even get me started! I sopped it up with the bread I had left. The Tom Yum Goong was piping hot & flavorful (the way soup should be). The key lime pie- if you like tart it's your jam. As a Floridian I'm picky with my key lime pie & I asked my server if it was more tart than sweet & she lead me in the right direction. I wasn't even gonna do dessert lol. As a music lover that was even great too! When your check comes you can pay with your physical card or QR code using your phone which makes it so quick.
So many things I wasn't expecting & I'm just so happy. There aren't many places that just know how to do it & Paul's certainly does. I'd become a regular, it's probably good I'm moving out of town lol.
In a nutshell: If this is the only review you...

Legend has it that long ago, a god descended from the heavens and bestowed upon the world a culinary prodigy. That prodigy is none other than Paul, the chef, and owner of Paul’s Fusion Kitchen. Born with a whisk in one hand and a spatula in the other, Paul’s kitchen prowess was forged in the fires of the oven and the sacred oils of the fryer. His taste buds are so finely attuned that even the smallest hint of spice cannot escape his notice.
From the moment you walk in, you know you’re in for a treat. Everything on the menu is divine, but if you’re a lover of seafood, the grouper will have you questioning whether it’s truly food or a gift from the gods. But let’s be honest: the real crown jewel here is the steak sandwich, only available at lunch. I’m convinced Paul personally blesses each sandwich with his magic touch.
Whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner, or some mythical fourth meal, every time of day is a good time to feast at Paul’s. One thing’s for sure—you’ll never leave disappointed, only wishing you...
Read moreAwesome, Delicious Thai & Fusion Restaurant - While visiting the British store for groceries my wife and I happened to see a new restaurant next door to it. Paul's Fusion cuisine, 4034 W Kennedy Blvd. I was apprehensive because I thought the menu posted in the window was a little pricey for a quick lunch. I am so glad that we went in because we were treated to one of the best Crab Fried Rice and Pad Thai we have had in quite a while.
While talking with our server we realized that this is a sweet and humble husband/wife team who have dared to open this cute little restaurant. Chef Paul is an accomplished chef and after working for high end hotels and country clubs decided to fulfill his dream of opening a fusion cuisine restaurant with Thai and Asian influences. His wife Nih (pronounced knee) helps him run this place with a small, limited but tasty menu.
Give it a shot and be sure to say "Sawasdee" when Nih greets you at the door. I have a feeling you will not be...
