Island Fin Poke Company - South Tampa — Restaurant in Tampa

We’ve been on the hunt for a new go-to poke bowl spot in Tampa ever since our favorite place closed—and unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment. Three major strikes: We placed our order online and were told it would be ready in 6 minutes. Surprised by how fast that seemed, we left right away and arrived in about 15 minutes—only to find our order hadn’t even been started. The smell inside was terrible. I understand it’s a seafood spot, but I’ve never experienced anything quite this off-putting. Worst of all, I found a piece of plastic in my bowl (see photo).

Needless to say, we won’t be back. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I highly recommend...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10 if I could!) This was my very first time at Island Fin Poké, and wow—I’m so impressed! I’m from out of town and wasn’t sure what to order, but Ella gave the absolute best customer service. She took the time to explain everything about building a poké bowl and made me feel so comfortable with my choices.

The food itself was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The selection is fantastic, everything was spotless and clean, and you can tell they truly care about quality.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Ella and the team deserve 10 for their outstanding service and delicious food. I’ll definitely be back whenever...

This place is my favorite poke spot in south Tampa ! So fresh and really big servings. The customer service is also amazing. Me and my boyfriend ordered two large poke bowls to eat at the inside tables; the employee then offered to set both our bowls down at a table for us when we mentioned we were eating in, served us our utensils, and then to top it off he saw we had finished up and brought us little cup samples of their dole whip which was so yummy 🙌😍 10/10 recommend to all my fellow...
