Euro Food & Deli — Restaurant in Tampa

After reading reviews I was alittle scared to go to this store. The reviews mention being yelled at for not reading the signs. I was confused what signs... When I arrived, I saw very clearly on the front door saying, wear mask into this store and gloves. I can't believe people are upset they get yelled at for not following safety guidelines. 😳 Which by the way, the gloves are provided for!🤦

When I entered I wasn't yelled at (I read the sign and wore my mask lol!) Anyways, very nice people. Very helpful and friendly. Large selection of Russian food and priced decent. I have been to a few other stores in the area and this has to be my favorite. I kind of went crazy buying pelmeni, kvas, candy, fresh made chuberki, ect. But so worth it!

Definitely visit this store and enjoy the yummy food. And seriously, it's not hard to read a sign in front of...

Love it! Store is extremely clean, food quality is exceptional. However, the most impressive is the fantastic aptitude and super friendly atmosphere. Starts from the owner - Adrian always helpful and does everything to make sure his customers are satisfied and happy. it's simply a pleasure to meet him while doing shopping. Both sales ladies are absolutely amazing! Valentina and Galina are always listening their customers and provide them with an unbelievable service. Once you coming in, feels like your home store where everything possible and impossible is done for your satisfaction. Always great advise, quick service and complete unconditional help. I am shopping there with confidence at least twice a week. Once again - LOVE IT! Too bad I can not rate it higher than five stars - would be my choice - would rate...

Absolutely unacceptable customer service by Valentina. If I could give less than one star I would. When she was scanning the items while being on her cell phone, my son (4 yo) got bored and started touching the displayed items. It is a store and people should be able to touch stuff. She saw my son and shouted “ What an aggressive boy, get out and don’t touch anything!” What is wrong with you people??? You probably can get away with that attitude in your country but not here! Go learn from regular Publix cashiers how to talk to kids and build relationship with customers! Horrible, absolutely...
