Between 3 and 4 stars. I eat at this location occasionally and it is usually pretty quick service and standard fair. The food is served hot and tastes as expected. Tonight we found that the menu has changed so if you have a favorite it may not be there anymore. Two for $20 has been replaced by 3 for me and the pricing varies by entre. I tried the cilantro-lime carne asada which came with black beans and rice. The steak was very chewy (had to spit out a few bites) and the seasoning was almost overwhelming. The black beans and rice were delicious and perfectly cooked. My husband order the “individual chicken fajitas” which may have been smaller portions than the old version but didn’t seem to be. They were the same as always except the cast iron pan did not stay hot long enough to cook the vegetables so he had to eat a lot of raw onion. Luckily, he doesn’t mind so his dinner was fine. For the appetizer we got the three dips for the chips not realizing that the salsa would be excluded. The server was kind and grabbed us a cup anyway. I ordered the chili for the first time ($1 up charge) and did not like it, VERY GREASY!
The reason I am giving this review a 3 star rating was the service. We apparently went at peak time tonight (Friday at 7:00) and the place was packed. We were offered the bar and when we declined the hostess went and cleaned a tiny booth. That was fine. The wait was only about 10 minutes. Ordering… that took almost 30 minutes. Our waters were brought and then every other table was checked and orders taken. I had to wave the server down to get our order in. The appetizers came out in about 15 minutes and then the food was 10 minutes behind it (about 55 minutes after sitting). The server checked on us twice during the meal but never brought the drink that came with the combo. We ate and then had to wait almost 30 minutes for the server to come back and check on us to request the check. Again, 3 stars because the servers were standing at the back of the room chatting while I tried to stare them down and my husband held his hand off the table with the credit card. When I brought up the missing drinks the server said there was nothing he could do because they come with the meal combo (BUT we NEVER GOT THEM!). He could get me a tea to go though. Did I mention that the baseball game started when we arrived and was in the 6th inning at this point… 1 hour and 50 minutes!
My frustration was very high at this point but the manager was very gracious and comped a cheesecake for our missing drinks before we left and he listened while I expressed my frustration with the server. This interaction almost has me changing to a 4 star.
Overall, I would still recommend this location if you enjoy Chili’s food. This was the first time I have had a negative experience here and will go back again in a few months when meetings bring me to Tampa. The manager saved the day and has my return patronage as a result of his...

Okay so I placed an order online and was expecting to used gift cards I received from a terrible experience I had in Tallahassee and hopefully use them on my vacation in Tampa this past weekend. We arrived at the curbside pick up area the restaurant itself was busy however there was no one in the curbside to go area. As soon as we pulled up a young man with glasses looked right out the window at our car but never came out. One green delivery van pulled up and another two customers pulled up. We were there first but they grew fed up with waiting and went in to retrieve their orders... Which made us in turn have to wait longer.
After 30 minutes of waiting in the "CURB SIDE PICK UP AREA!!!" My mother who has a knee injury and walks with a cane went in to retrieve our food. She mentioned the the worker with the glasses that we had been waiting and that he looked right at us and didn't come out. He told her "We try and bring the food out if we can..." This isn't "CURB SIDE IF WE CAN SERVICE! This is the same problem I had in Tallahassee either you can provide a service or you can't. It is NOT the customer's fault or problem that you are short staffed, backed up, or your "curb side specialist isn't there (what ever that means) You promised a service and you dropped the ball! I am normally more than understanding but a 30 minute wait without a wave to come in or any communication( a phone call maybe would have been nice?) is a little too much! Maybe you should have a prompt on the site or app to tell customers when they will need to come in a get orders instead of letting us sit outside like dummies.
The food was good but cold because of the wait. The wings were dry and cold (tasted as if they were smoked earlier in the day then flash fried and sadly over cooked and dry) and not that special overall in flavor... We were missing the ranch dipping sauce for both orders of the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. This wasn't worse than the experience I had in Tallahassee the food was better but Chili's really has dropped the ball and has made me lose faith in them as a company my family of five adults (more than willing to spend money when we go out) have lost our love for a former family...

We visited this location Sat. night, and we decided we'd try the curbside service. We ordered a full order of Babyback Ribs w/two sides...Coleslaw & corn on the cob. The ribs were VERY dry & the sauce was minimal, and did not taste as it normally tastes...They must have changed the recipe.
The coleslaw was tasteless, and the corn on the cob was really the only enjoyable part of the meal.
The curbside service takeout order did not include any napkins, utensils or condiments with our to go order... Needless to say, we were EXTREMELY disappointed, when we got home to enjoy our meal, so, we will never be going there again, nor will we ever have curbside service again!
We tipped the server well for the curbside service without knowing what we got, and wish we would not have tipped AT ALL...If we had been seated inside and had this experience, we would have returned it to the kitchen, and demanded a FULL refund...
ANOTHER THING...While we were out in the parking lot waiting for our order, there was another car next to us, that had their stereo BLASTING undesirable rap music the whole time we were there waiting 20 minutes... SO ANNOYING!!!
AND come to think of it...When I called them to give them our order over the phone, the male that took our order, did not sound very experienced...This should have been a red flag...Then, when I asked about the size of the rib order, he told me that the full order of ribs, was TWO SLABS of ribs... NOT!!! This employee had NO CLUE, of what a slab of ribs is !!! It was ONE slab, cut in half! This should have been a red flag...And the server that brought us our order, appeared to be very timid...
EVERYONE on that wait staff should be familiar with the menu, and KNOW what's going out, BEFORE sending it out, to insure quality service to the customer.
Chilis needs to get it together, because there's ALOT of competitors who charge LESS MONEY for their food, that do a MUCH...
