Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Tampa

Worse customer service ever! And this is the most horrible ,filthy, slow and unprofessional location Tampa has.Tmobile has partnered with them for TMobile Tuesday to get a free 24 oz drink or bowl so I decided to treat myself on my lunch break.I spent my entire 30 min lunch break having to argue with these people before i was given my drink because the incompetent cashier & female manager Nicompoo (she said her name was) didn't know how to scan my bar code.They made the drink & refused to give it to me.I showed every proof requested & even gave them my phone multiple times to scan yet they still gave me a very hard time over a drink already paid for through the Tmobile deal.They seemed highly upset & disgruntled that I was using my bar code to pay & another customer told me they too are giving her a very hard time as she was using her TMobile deal as well.I was going to use this location to cater our upcoming holiday office parties which would have made this location thousands of dollars based on what we intended to spend.But with this experience, I will gladly take my business elsewhere & never ever ever patronize this location again!

This is the correct location.So on top of the horrible service your employees provided they also are liars.When I asked the cashier for a manager another woman came forward (said her name started with an 'N') & that she was the manager. But whether she lied about that or not is hardly relevant & this is the correct...

I am or should I say WAS a customer of this Tropical Smoothie Cafe for many many months. Today I went in to get my normal SunriseSunset Smoothie with an extra shot of protein. I could tell everyone was giggling behind the counter at me but I didn’t know why. I am a disabled Korean War veteran with an eyepatch and an artificial leg and my name is Mortimer. I then realized that they were laughing at my physical condition. They purposely put the smoothing someplace on the counter I couldn’t see it on account of the eyepatch and then ask i located the drink the person mumbled “hop along motherF*ER” Also, the smoothing tasted like Ice instead of sunrise sunset. Also the English was very bad among most of the employees. They were Indian. Not the Teepee Scalp you alive type, more the dot “i own a gas station” “Come ride on my magic carpet and pet...

Chia oatmeal was not mixed will, the granola was given in chunks had to work for my breakfast. And the employees were nonchalant, didn’t even try to welcome us didn’t even said thank you or welcome didn’t even make me feel welcome. Didn’t even tell me how much my order was and leaves to proceed to make the food while I waited for my receipt too. I can understand if you can’t speak proper English but the least you can say is welcome it’s not hard to say. I will never come back. I like when my food is made with respect and not annoyance.

If you are to come for fast food, sure they got speed. But customer service. No. Don’t expect that.
