I have had good experiences before but this last one was a doozy. The sauces were not packed properly which allowed them to spill over. When I picked up the bag everything fell to the floor. I had ordered three separate meals for my family. Two employees came out to inspect the food on the floor and the young female had the nerve to say that they only needed to remake one. Of course I said 'no' and that they needed to remake everything. I had to weight even longer for the remake. I was offered a large free drink. I was followed to the fountains by another employee. The fancy drinks were bone dry and I went to the regular fountain drinks and the young man was watching me. The fountain drink machine was not working properly for me and the young man gave me instructions and watched me fill my cup as though I wanted to steal a free drink. They made the mistake and I was treated like I was the problem. I grabbed my call in meals when it was finally finished. I picked the bag up from the bottom. It was double bagged this time and guess what? When I arrived home. The sauces had spilled over inside the bag. I also gave a nice tip when I called in my order. I reported this to Chipotle and I have never received a response. Previously on a prior order, I redeemed two free items from my points. I check the bag and they were included inside my order. The young man got upset with me and wanted me to pull up the app to prove that I had those items for free. I do not have the app and then in his irate tone he wanted me to pull up my order on my phone. While I was searching my phone he told me to forget it. I had also left a nice tip when I called in my oder. Chipotle also never responded to my complaint. I gave Chipotly my business, left a nice tip and I still get...
Read moreOne of the most remarkable aspects of Chipotle is its emphasis on personalization. From the moment I step into the restaurant, l am greeted with the opportunity to craft a meal that is uniquely my own. Each step in the assembly line is a moment of choice, allowing me to curate my perfect bowl, burrito, or tacos. The ability to customize every element of the meal-rice, beans, protein, salsa, and toppings —is where Chipotle shines. For me, it all begins with the foundation: cilantro-lime rice. Whether it's the light and fluffy white rice or the more robust, earthy brown rice, this base sets the stage for a flavorful, hearty dish. Each grain is infused with the subtle brightness of lime, complemented by the fresh punch of cilantro, creating an irresistible backdrop for the rest of the ingredients. Next come the beans. I often find myself drawn to the black beans, which offer a richer, slightly smoky flavor compared to the "to beans. However, on days when I'm.. the mood for something heartier, the pinto beans, stewed with bits of bacon, offer a delightful depth of flavor. It's this versatility that makes Chipotle a place where no two meals are ever quite the same. The centerpiece of my Chipotle bowl, though, is always the protein. Whether it's the succulent barbacoa, slow-cooked for hours until it's melt-in-your-mouth tender, or the smoky adobo-marinated chicken, the protein choices at Chipotle are nothing short of extraordinary. The carnitas, with their rich and savory flavor, hold a special place in my heart. Each bite is an explosion of spices and textures that elevate the dish to something more than just...
Read moreHad an awful experience last night. Girlfriend and I are on a diet which they advertised they sell compliant food so we were out and decided to place an order and then take it home. Everything was fine until I walked inside and saw they were only doing online orders, which was fine for us since we did but a lot of people we confused and left because of it. They were getting hit with orders, but after waiting for 15 mins past my pick up window I finally received the order because I saw it was done and just sitting on the counter with about 12 orders stacked up behind it and they were just working one order at a time. Cashier told me then that they didn’t have guacamole, 1 of the only 5 items in the bowl. That’s fine, she said we would get a rain check for it. We get home, find out we didn’t get the fajita veggies that were supposed to come on it either. We ordered a bowl we cauliflower rice since that’s how it comes and they gave us brown rice and didn’t tell us, so the bowl couldn’t be eaten because we can’t have rice. I felt bad for the workers because they weren’t prepared or set up for success and the person who looked like the manager wasn’t doing anything but walking around trying to avoid the situation. He should have taken charge of the situation and helped the other employees get food out in a timely manner. Probably never go to this location ever and won’t go to a chipotle for a very long time. Also, wrote the company an email with the option to have someone call back, 24 hours later...
