During my most recent visit, I was assisted by an employee named Lindsay. Unfortunately, her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling disrespected and unwelcome in the store.
This was not an isolated incident. Just last week, I visited the same store and received the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at Staples. As a long-time customer, I have always valued the company for its helpful staff and reliable service, but these recent visits have been disappointing and far below the standard I have come to expect.

I went there to get a ti 84 calculator for school and when I asked the employee to get one for me, they asked if I want a color one or black and white. I asked if there is a difference other than the screen color and I was informed that they are the same. Considering that the color one is 30 bucks more I got the black and white one. After owning the black and white one and comparing it to my friends color ones I have found that the color one has five times as much storage and has more default programs such as the periodic table and more advanced programming capabilities.
