My bf and I come almost every day and use the drive thru. However, today we wanted to sit inside and work here instead. We were trying to find where to sit since we have a lot of stuff to fit on the table and we saw the big table in the middle, where two other people were sitting in the middle of the table, so my bf asked one of them if they could move a little to one of the sides of the table that way we can all fit, but she proceeds to look at us awkwardly and ask "well how many friends are you coming with" with some attitude and kept starring. So again, we just asked if they could move a little since clearly is just the two of us and they're literally sitting in the middle only leaving a little bit of room on each side on a 12 chair table lol, which is nos considerate to other people. The funny thing is that when I pick up my order, I realize they were two Starbucks staff members which was surprising considering one of them was the store manager, Yvonne.
Then since we are kinda crowded, my bf grabs a chair and moves it so we can fit, and the manager seems very upset and frustrated that we moved the chair and starts stuttering "I cant have that. I cant have another chair on a different table" so she gets up and brings it back (which was very rude). So we politely asked them why did we get so much attitude just for asking to move a couple of seats over... and she said that she wanted to know how many people we were bringing and stuff, but honestly if you were trying to be nice in the first place, you don't just awkwardly stare and start questioning; we didn't say anything after that cause she decided that the conversation was over so she got up and left to pick up her chipotle.
For the record, we get along with all the employees at this location and all of them know us, so for sure we don't treat anybody rude or poorly, cause again we come every day, so it was very frustrating being...
Read moreWorst Starbucks experience I've had in awhile. I'm from pinellas county, a Starbucks gold member since 2010, and visit various locations every morning depending on my commute, between largo and tarpon springs. Today I was in the west Tampa area and looked up this location as it was closest in proximity. Went through the drive-thru and the girl got the sizes of my drinks wrong. Went back in to get two venti cups of ice, and here's where I confused them... I asked for more classic and a little cream in both cups of ice.. I was doing this so they wouldn't have to remake two quad espresso drinks. I then received two full venti cups of half and half. Not wanting to pour all of that into the trash I then had to ask them to pour some out so I could fit my original drink in the cup. When I did this I realized they put WAY too much classic in the cup of cream, thus ruined two drinks. Finally I asked to just have them remade. All this time I was still waiting for one blueberry muffin as well. Still baffled on how little they cared/paid attention to how much they were wasting let alone not actually listening to the customer, they definitely were not busy, it was noon. I did not see a manager anywhere either, nor did anyone ever apologize. Best part is when one employee asked what I was still waiting on, I told him one muffin, he then disappeared until we were out the door....
Read moreI visited the Starbucks brand for the very first time and I will never return! I received horrible service it was as though I was not there or was not supposed to be there. After ordering my selection of coffee I noticed 20 minutes had passed so I went to the counter/register where I placed my order and waited 10 minutes there while all staff looked at me and carried on doing their job duties finally the young lady who took my order came to the counter I proceeded to ask " How much longer" will it take to fill my order another staff personel overhead my question and stated "it's over there" pointing to where the sign said mobile pickup (If memory serves me correctly in terms of what the sign actually says) I have no clue how long my coffee was sitting there or..... Why I was not informed my order was ready 🤷🏾♂️ The only reason I am giving this Starbucks location a 1 ⭐ rating is because I can't give it 0 ⭐ rating. I will never spend my hard earned money at any Starbucks...
