Went to this churches I had coupons from downloading the app for two pieces of chicken free a leg and a thigh. My son also had one but we weren't sure how the app was going to work sometimes they only give you a few minutes to use the app. So I went to the window in case something went wrong. So I went up to the window just in case and the lazy no good worker. Smart mouth told me I had to go back around the speaker to use it. I said you're crazy I'm right here they're already all you got to do is scan them give us our two pieces of chicken. Then she tried to get me to pull forward and try to pull that crap. And I told her no I'm going to sit here do you give me my chicken. Eventually I pulled around front cuz some lady came the windows and come inside I'll take care of you. Well I went inside and there was four people in front of me there. I'm disabled I had to stand in line for about 5 to 7 minutes hurting. To wait and get my order then they want to tell me I had to buy a biscuit to get the free thing. All this over a couple of pieces of chicken so I went ahead and I said well then whatever you got to do just pay let me pay for the damn biscuits Comes up charges me for a jalapeno instead of biscuits and said you're good which they never put the jalapenos in my bag that I paid for. So I have to finally getting the food from everybody in there that was rude as hell except the guy that came to the register I go outside pissed off as hell get in my truck and don't notice the pole so close to my truck and scrape the paint and put a small dent in the side of my damn truck. That would have never happened if she didn't make me pull around to come inside all to go and sue them for the repairs to my truck. We stopped going to the Kentucky fried Chicken next door because they were the same way and this place was pretty good up until that day. Over two pieces of chicken. As much as we come in there they shouldn't have been a problem. There's no customer service their lousy they're very rude the girl that works in the window I've seen her there before is very rude lazy and doesn't want to do anything for the customer she needs to leave that job if she doesn't want to be there. Actually I would fire the way she takes care of customers.now I have to deal with a small dent in the side of my truck which never had any dents in it until then. Because of stupidity ignorance and laziness...
Read moreI ordered on DoorDash. When my food arrived several items were missing including all the chicken, family sides were only regular sides, no biscuits, no lemonade. DoorDash put in an order for a full replacement. So I called the store and let them know what happened and they assured me they would make sure everything was included the second time. When my food arrived the second time, It was missing my lemonade, okra, biscuits, and chicken, AGAIN. I reached out to DoorDash and because they had already issued a replacement once, they told me that I had to call the restaurant. Of course. How could they believe the same thing would happen TWICE. So I called the store, spoke to the same person and then Mrs. Diana got on the phone. She knew it happened because she told me the driver left the lemonade behind. I explained everything that was missing and she told me I could come back on Monday and she would be there to replace the ENTIRE MEAL.
Tonight, when I arrived I asked to speak to Mrs. Diana. I told her my name and she said, “Oh yes. I remember. What were you missing. Just the lemonade, right.” I said, “No” and told her all the things I was missing. I then reminded her she had offered to replace the whole order if I came in. She LAUGHED at me and said, “oh honey, I cannot replace your whole meal. Only what you were missing.” Ridiculous. She knows what she told me. Why would I go all the way for that? Now I’ve not planned anything for dinner and I’ve convinced my family we are going to give it another try. Whatever. I get the replacement items and I pay out of my own pocket 3 additional sides. Then her husband, I assumes, tells me next time I need to call DoorDash and not them. Ummmm, excuse me?! I did. YOU messed up TWICE. DOORDASH did their part and sent me there. There will definitely not be a next time. When I got home, the chicken they gave me was hard and old, and the biscuits were old and chewy.
AND this lady told me she is going to call DoorDash to verify they didn’t already give me a refund. Ok. Go ahead. I chose a replacement order. You messed up again. Now I’m here. So rude and disrespectful. I’m not hurting for free chicken. I just want...
Read moreI tried to speak with the lady that wears a red shirt (a mananger I believe)and she was very rude and mean to me in front of the other employees and customers after I found a spider in my bag as soon as it was handed to me..She was very rude saying Im being dramatic about how I responded(laughing loud while saying oh heck no there was a spider in my bag)I can only assume she dont like laughter.. When I saw the spider in my bag,I quickly handed the bag of food back to the young lady who handed me the bag..Then the lady in the red shirt opened the window and told me with an attitude the spider dropped in my bag while the bag was being handed to me and rudely closed the window in my face while replacing the food and talking about me to the other employees saying she dont have time for me..Once I was given back my food I tried to speak to her and ask her if she was upset with me but she refused to talk to me and told me she was busy and didnt have time to deal with me...I was not going to accept that so I went into the resturant and proceeded again to talk with her about what happened and her behavior towards me and still she continued to brush me off and ignore me..Finally she decided to speak to me for a moment and I asked what was wrong and she said I was doing too much acting like my car was on fire because I saw a spider in my bag..I explained to her Im afraid of spiders and meant no harm but I was not expecting to see spider in my bag as soon as I opened it..At this point my husband told me to come on and just report her..I wil not be returnig to that location or any other location after being treated like that ever again but thought it should be known how you can be disrespected and mistreated by her.I know for a fact she been working there for years and I must say I am very disappointed of her behavior..Maybe its time for her to find another job because its clear she does not like working there and providing good customer...
