Mari Mexican Tacos — Restaurant in Tampa

Small and cozy. I went during around 4pm wasn’t busy and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy a nice dine in meal. My first interaction with the cashier was what sold me on this place he was very welcoming. I tried six tacos (3 is enough but I was hungry lol) each one was great but the Carne Asada and Shrimp tacos were the highlight. One thing I noticed was that from 11am - 2pm they have a lunch special and you can choose any of the items listed in the picture attached for 10$ which is a really good deal.

The tortillas were amazing, and the steak was perfectly seasoned and made fresh. If I had to nitpick, I’d say maybe just a little more steak per taco, but overall, they were fantastic! We just loved our dinner at Mari. Best tacos and sopes we've had in a looong time. The dishes were all freshly prepared to order (so important for the camarones), the tamarindo tasted so fresh, and the salsas are home made.
