Fresh Kitchen offers all gluten free, mostly dairy free, lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Three size options include a kids option and you don't have to be a kid to order it. I always for the 6 option, with 2 bases and I chose sweet potato noodles--yes gluten free, and spinach salad. Two veggies, i love the chickpeas and sweet potatoes, although the mushrooms and broccoli are close seconds. Among the variety of proteins, my fav is almond chicken, the world's best chicken nugget and it is not fried and is gluten free, dairy free. A natural brand of fountain drinks is great but I go for one of the 3 house made teas with calorie and caffeine count, and my fav is strawberry kiwi. Dessert has to be zucchini brownies. Sauces are great too. Service is great as I stroll down the line. Kids friendly menu, highchairs, and a diaper changer in restroom. Free front parking on a busy street. Large free back parking lot with wheel chair spaces, and easy access to venues. Indoor seating is booths, and one hightop (not accessible). Out doors tables in covered area with additional umbrellas. Accessibility: Entrance to venue and restroom are accessible with a door. The food line is curved, and might present a wheel chair challenge. Gender free restrooms have the 5ft x 5ft area for wheel chair turns. the sink handles are long levers for easier use.

Great food!!...

As a connoisseur of the CRG Restaurant Group offerings from Daily Eats to Green Lemon to Ciccio Water, it was beyond time to cross the street and enjoy some more healthy fare. This 6th FK jumped into a fast-paced lunch spot however my visits tend to approach the 9:35 PM closing time.

Understand my comfort foods are generally of the southern fried and dessert varieties. Neither a vegan nor consumer of gluten-free anything although both can discover multiple options hereabouts.

Sampled each of the flavored rice, Romaine lettuce, kale, and pasta options but the sweet potato noodles are unique in both texture and taste and present the best base.

Disappointed in the broccoli on multiple visits. Burned last week, raw and undercooked tonight. It's best when steamed, tender and marinated. Tempura green bean hulls are flavorless. Sweet potato chunks have been the most consistently prepared vegetable but therein is the opportunity for seasonal improvement. Rice begs for a bean or pea or stock or crunch.

Hormone and antibiotic-free chicken is prepared at least four ways like almond-crusted and barbecued and my best advice is regardless of your appetite order the Six Bowl for $9.99 and stir in two. It makes enough to share or have leftovers. You'll appreciate the sweetness if you sprinkle in some pico...

Ordering food at Fresh kitchen is a tedious process. I don’t like to hold up the line either but I have food allergies and i need to make sure which items i can choose from. If they could make place cards for the food right front off the food for us to see, instead of displaying a wall of writings with names and abbreviations of GF, DF and what not and then i would need to find out what is what and trying to ask the server who cannot hear me because the kitchen behind her is so loud i had to repeat 5 times that i want the sauce on the TOP of my food and not in a CUP. I thought it took a long time to find items i can choose from and the guy behind me went bananas and started an argument with me to order faster. I would love to order faster. Make it easier for me and I will. Food is amazing but the system of ordering needs improvement. Especially during busy lunch time. Once the server understood that i have food allergies especially for soy, she helped me through the process and pointed at food items which ones i can choose from. That was very helpful, thank you. But it shouldn’t have to be so hard. I don’t want special service for having food allergies. I don’t need anyone to know about it. It’s annoying to take so long. Make it easier for us, special need...
