Once arrived it was only half of a four pack (literally 2, which was cool) when I check my receipt I asked why I was being charged for four, instead of 2, and why online store from YOUR company sold 4 for that same price . The answer provided was that since it’s in the physical store it cost more? -_- . Bad business practice to false advertise- not honoring your prices online - and price gouge customers selling half filled packs at whole filled price . Either fix your online prices to honor at your physical location , or charge according with what people purchase purchase . I understand she’s only carrying out her job and did not seem to have the ability to change rate correctly , would be nice to see upper management involved in fixing Better luck ripping off...

LOVE the employees. Shannon, the manager, and Julie are very friendly and helpful. We've been going here for 2.5 years since quitting our 20+ year tobacco habit and loved the juice. The membership perks are also excellent. We just bought two mod kits for under $70. However, since Lizard Juice has changed their flavors and discontinued all their original juice, we have not been able to find a juice that we like and that is comparable to our old juices. And you have to buy juice in order to keep your membership active. Big bummer. My 3 star rating should not reflect on the staff, in the store, but rather the decision of corporate management to change juices because of FDA mandates and not notify customers to give them ample time to find comparable juices. This store has been life changing for myself and my family. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was seeking an alternative product for my anxiety disorder. My husband, a handyman, was seeking a natural pain relief product. Thanks to this store, my husband and I are now living a much happier healthy life. David and his team welcome questions - and will spend as much time necessary to explain each product. I continue to learn something new each time I visit.
