HEY FRANCHISEE....
I arrived at the drive thru at 12:31am. There was one car in front of me, at the speaker, and another car in the other lane. Both cars had apparently been there awhile, as they were both yelling at the speaker attempting to get service. One car drove away. Another car took its place. A voice came over the speaker to the car in front of me...."McDonalds"...long silence.....customer in front of me: "Oh, ok, yes, I have a mobile order.......long silence............"yeah?"
"Excuse me?" Long pause.......
"yeah, you have a mobile order"....
"Yes, would you like the code?" No answer.
Two minutes later "Hello???".....long pause .........
"SECOND WINDOW"
I pull up to the speaker, and turn the car off, knowing it's going to be a while....and a while it was ...wow. So, I've already been here almost ten minutes..and just now got to the speaker. Three or four cars have already pulled up to the speaker in the other lane, yelled for service, and then drove away. I sat in front of the speaker for fifteen minutes, then finally drove to the window.
I asked to speak to the manager. I told him I had been waiting at the speaker for fifteen minutes, and hadn't even been spoken to...Daniel begins to apologize, when the drive thru employee began to yell at me and tell me "she was taking another order"...REALLY? The dining room is closed, and you have singlehandedly stopped all restaurant operations, by ignoring cars in the drive thru...for twenty-thirty minutes....you were not taking an order š¤¦š»š¤¦š¤¦šæ
AND you were arguing with a customer š¤¦š»š¤¦š¤¦šæ This person has no business dealing with the public. She lacks the interpersonal skills necessary to work in customer service, or around food, for God's sake.
Perhaps something more applicable to her ability and attitude...like termination. There is no way of knowing how much money she is costing this restaurant. I watched at least $100 worth of business literally drive away because Ms. Pink Hair Weave (they refused to tell me her name) was having a bad night. How much more has she cost you?
You're insane if you allow this person to keep destroying the business you've worked so hard to build. The amount of damage she's doing is immeasurable.
After I left your store, I drove to the McDs on Kennedy...barely stopped going through the drive thru, they were so fast...AND they smiled, thanked me, and asked me to return... A+. See you tomorrow night, Kennedy location. I guess they'll get my $14 every night at 1am š¤·

A couple weeks ago I stopped here after fishing and sat at the drive thru order screen for like 5 min without anyone saying anything. So I pulled up to the first window thinking maybe it was not working and the woman opened the window and said in the rudest way possible, āWhat you wantā as if I was some door to door salesman who had just knocked on her door at 1am. I replied āNothing with that attitudeā and drove away. I chalked it up to someone just having a bad night and let it go. This was until last night. After returning from fishing (I fish out of Gandy a lot) I figured to give it another try. I should have known better when the line was backed up at 2am on a Thursday night that this was not the staff members going to states this year. After being stuck in the line for 20 min I got my order and realized it was incorrect. I asked that it be fixed and they told me I would have to pay the difference since it was not rang up properly, Thatās tacky on their part but whatever āno problemā. Then Iām assuming a manager of some sort told the window girl that I would have to drive around and re order that they and I quote āWe are not fixing or changing orders at this timeā. Needless to say I was floored with the customer service. Literally the worse experience Iāve had at a fast food chain and Iāve dined in 3rd world countries in restaurants that have dirt floors... I would imagine someone in upper management should possibly rectify...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am grateful that I had the opportunity to come into this McDonald's unfortunately one of the employees said that my dog try to bite somebody which my dogs never been no one especially never in a McDonald's he never stepped Paul into that McDonald's but I didn't mind I understand how bad it could be when you have homeless people coming in and begging for stuff I didn't see myself as being homeless I just felt that I didn't have a place to go I had a voucher to get a place but I couldn't find a place due to lack of Transportation sometimes and a lot of places didn't accept pets or if they did it was a very high pet deposit and being on a fixed income it was hard for me to afford that as well as a security deposit but I used to come in to that McDonald's quite a bit and every time I went in there I was kind of hesitant because this one employee Harold I believe his name was used to harass me every time I went in to a point I had to call the police on him I also had to call the police on the other worker that said my dog try to bite somebody so they knew better the police know me and they knew my dog's it was an unfortunate incident both times and I seen the way that the management random that McDonald's and I think it was appalling even if I didn't have a place or even if I did have a place it was just a fact of what I seen when I was there it did not look professional whatsoever but otherwise I give you five stars because the place was kind of clean and some of the employees were very friendly so God bless and I'm glad I'm no longer living...
