I shared this Pizza with a work partner. We ordered a large single topping pizza for lunch with one of Pepsi's 2 liter products. I have no complaints about the order, the time in which the food was prepared, or the team members or management at this particular location. In fact management and team members working there seem to be nice workers and were quite professional. This one is strictly for Pizza Hut Corporation and the teams who put together all the ingredients that make up the Pizza Hut brand. This had to be the nastiest tasting Pizza EVER. The product had NO TASTE WHAT SO EVER other than each slice, each bite, tasting like pure grease! No distinguishing tastes between the cheese, pepperoni, tomato sauce or crust....it all tasted like oily Crisco grease. This is HORRIBLE. I even flipped over a single slice and looked at the bottom...WHAT THE HELL ARE U GUYS DOING? DEEP FRYING THE CRUST/BREAD BEFORE YOU BAKE IT WITH THE TOPPINGS??? The crust and breading looked as if it was soaked in Crisco!! Just look at the picture of the slice flipped over! Yellow with grease!! This is not the fault of the people working there as they just are following the written guidelines on how to prepare the product. This is the policy, ingredients of Pizza Hut Corporation. Unacceptable. I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in nearly 19 years because of this..so this is not new. I decided to try it again because I figured it would have changed by now. NOPE. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and perfectly made—whether it’s delivery, pickup, or dine-in. The crust is crispy, the toppings are generous, and the flavors are just on point. You can tell there's real care and quality that goes into every order.
The customer service here is absolutely top-notch. Navi and the entire team deserve a major shoutout for their friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. They remember regulars, get the orders right, and treat you like more than just another customer. On a few occasions where there was a small mix-up, the managers handled it quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. That kind of service is rare and much appreciated.
Even during busy hours, the staff remains helpful and positive. The store itself is always clean and welcoming, and whether I’m ordering for myself, family movie night, or even a large group like a youth baseball team, the team delivers—literally and figuratively. Special requests? No problem. Delivery timing? Spot on. And the new online ordering system with Apple Pay makes everything even easier.
I've tried everything from the classic Meat Lovers and Supreme to the Detroit style and cinnamon sticks, and they never miss. Whether it’s a quick lunch break, dinner with friends, or our regular "Pizza Thursday," this Pizza Hut has become my go-to spot.

Read moreI am usually not one to go out of my way and write a review but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever witnessed anywhere. I ordered my chicken wings for pickup online and waited to clock out for my lunch till the expected time so that way they had about 5 extra minutes for me to drive there so I can be in and out. When I arrived there was 1 other person sitting waiting for their food and saw 3 men in the back working. This is an extremely open layout , I saw them and they saw me. I was not acknowledged by a "hello" a "I'll be right with you", NOTHING. One guy was tossing chicken wings one was working further back and the delivery guy was just standing in the kitchen waiting. One of those men could've ,at the very least ,greeted me. I waited patently for 10 minutes till finally I said excuse me 2 times and after the second time one guy glanced in my direction and started walking to the back! I then had to use my outside voice and scream EXCUSE ME . He didn't even look and me and said "hold on I'll be right with you" I waited another 10 minutes (mean while I can see that my food was done and waiting for me) then a guy comes from the back and rings me out. Still did not receive a proper greeting... just a "sorry, your total is $16" all in all the food was fine but I did not get the 2 ranches I paid $1.20 for. This took up my whole 30 minute lunch and just ruined my mood...
