Sijang Eatery — Restaurant in Tampa

Full menus for the 6 stores in this eatery. Months after the opening rush, things seem to have calmed down & more organized with more tables, more order kiosks, full menus for restaurants. This is def a premium experience. Don’t expect the best value. I like the soondubu- prices fairly for how there’s options for protein $ spice level. Stews are ok price. The Korean meats at SGD are definitely over priced at 20-24$ for what you get. Also the Bento specials are too. The meals only have 3 mediocre sides. Many good value & great tasting alternatives for that in Tampa. Love the gyodong Korean-Chinese. Ok prices & they offer many Korean-Chinese products not offered in Tampa. Definitely was a gap in the market there. The meats are great, but the noodles are always too soft & absorbed the water. (면이 불었어요) The Jaws tteokbokki is good value. The Korean sausage (blood sausage) with intestines could definitely do better with value. Same with the gimbaps. Great authentic taste just like Korea. Bbq chicken & boba tea house is good...

Tried Lotte/Sijang Eatery for first time in Nov. Ate lunch at the food court. $20 for 12 dumplings that came straight out of a frozen package. Most weren't even hot. Server gave us 2 napkins and 1 pair of chopsticks for 2 people. Soda was warm. I was expecting better quality food than what I could have purchased from their freezer and taken home to cook myself. Given that the food wasn't even hot, clearly the dumplings had been sitting around. Cloth bench seats were already stained, not a good fabric choice. I won't eat in the food...

Food is excellent but pricey for food court style. You have to pay on the app and then show the cashier that you paid online before they star the order so they make it difficult and complicated to pay. You should make it easy for people...
