I am extremely pleased with Be Nails Salon! Everyone of the nail techs is well versed in the field and bends over backwards (as they say) I have never been kept waiting... and I’m extremely sensitive to pain... which I have never experienced ! The pricing is reasonable as well! Everyone is pleasant and does exactly what you ask !I highly recommend this Nail Salon ! 👍😊

This review deserves no stars. I walked in on Friday at around 5:50 pm (big mistake, even though they close at 7:30 pm! When you are the last customer, they do a rush and poor job. They try to teach you a lesson or show that they are angry with you.) So I patiently waited for about 15 minutes before I got a pedicure and gel manicure. the tech began to dig into my left big toe to point it hurt bad! I let her know she hurt me. She had to pause and pur pressure on it to hide the bleeding. It was a lot of bleeding. The tech also cut my cuticle deep on my left thumb. She quickly poured some strange white powder and tried not to tell me what the powder was. So I tried to ask her, and I could not understand her answer. I think she was new. Her English was terrible! I did not understand her at all. My nails look like she did an amateur job. It is sad, but I feel like, they are prejudice towards black people. The several times I gone there, whether it was an appointment or not, most times, I get either poor or bad customer service from the tech. I watched them treat other ethnic groups/ races, and these customers get good treatment. These customers walk out happy and the tech are even happy as well. But me, nope! I dont understand, I always tip well regardless. But I still continue to get terrible service. Maybe once or twice I got lucky and got a tech that seem to be nice and spoke enough English I understood, and treated me like a human being. I will never go there again. I’m sad to be writing this review as I’ve had wonderful experiences here in the past. I asked for an SNS powder manicure and specifically asked what colors were SNS, as this powder conditions your nails. I picked a color and was told the powder color would be a little darker (red flag number 1) which it was by at least 3 shades, and further the powder was not SNS but a different brand (the application process was also different). My cuticles were not cut at all. I was asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said no, that I wanted to try and keep them as long as possible, and she proceeds to cut two of my nails VERY short and now my nails are uneven. I was also asked if I’d like a beverage, to which I said yes, and the beverage was never brought to me. All of this resulted in a hefty $35, which I feel is ridiculous given the lack of service.
