We went to Thai Prime on May 31, 2019 for dinner for my friend’s birthday. We got there by 6:30pm as we had a reservation we thought we will be seated quick but that wasn’t the case as it was basically empty but the table that was given to us was very tiny for 9 people when we asked the server and manage to change the table the ignored us around 7:20pm we said we are leaving to the manager and manger provided us with a booth so we sat down and server started asking us what we would like to drink without even providing us with the menus. upon asking her for the menu she left rudely and brought the menus to our table. The entire time she was spitting on the guests sitting on the out side of the booth. She said we only had 3 minutes to order drinks for happy hour so we had to order quick, then when our other guests asked her if they had happy hour why they were charged full price for the drinks they bought from the bar she said she had nothing to do with it and we will have to talk to the bartender not her ( again rudely). We got that sorted out with the bartender later. When I ordered my food I asked her about couple of dishes on the menu and she said it comes with whatever is on the menu. I was there for the first time and I only eat chicken no other meat so I needed some help with the ordering that I didn't get thanks to our sever. So I ended up ordering Fried chicken, chicken eggrolls, chicken wings. I informed her at least 5 times that I do not eat any other meat so please make sure it doesn't have any other meat. She brings in the food and gave me my brother's dish then took it back saying she wasn't sure if it was the right dish. It was my brother's dish that she was serving me. Now when I got my food there was a different smell and my husband said this chicken doesn't taste good meanwhile the server came back outside snatched the plate under our hands and said this is not your order when I asked her what it was she said it is BEEF AND CHICKEN fried rice. I called the manger explained her the situation that I am HINDU and I do not eat BEEF she started laughing instead of apologizing, when my brother asked her why she was laughing she started apologizing. Everyone who ordered mild food was served hot food. When we complained to the server she said the guests order hot food and we know that we didn't. I asked to speak to the owner, the manger gave me an email and refused to give me any names. So I asked her that she needs to call the owner and I will speak to him from the restaurant's phone. I along with my friend whose birthday we were trying to celebrate talked to the owner and he didn't sound sorry at all, my friend was crying because they off course ruined her birthday. So we asked the owner to exchange information so that this does not happen to anyone else but owner refused and said he will talk to his staff, upon insisting him he took our number and I asked him to follow up with on this so that we know what steps he has taken, we haven't received any call from them. Weather you have food allergies, Vegan, Hindu or you come from a different cultural background where you have specific instructions as to what you can eat, you should not eat here as these people do not respect other people, their culture. Thanks to this restaurant someone's religion practice and someone's birthday was ruined and they showed no sympathy or no remorse towards they did to us, this is sad I do not wish this upon anyone. This is a short version of what happened due to the limitation from Google but I hope it will help you to be extra cautious...

Starting with unenthusiastic service to oppressed behavior from the service staff is one of the reasons for the two star review.
Tuesday night was rather busy at the restaurant so our hopes soared! And when we were seated, HOPE eloped! It took forever for the staff to get to our table to give an introduction or help with the menu or take our order. The staff finally attended to us after I walked around the restaurant a few times reminding them that we've been at the table for more than 30 mins!!
We also requested for the table to be cleaned again because the table was sticky. But we were sternly told that Lysol was used and they did not bother wiping it again. We used the napkins provided to us and the hand sanitizers we carry around ourselves.
We requested light ice in one of the drinks, so when the drink arrived still loaded with ice, I took the drink back to the bar (coz no staff was available to attend to the table again), the staff argued with me, rolled eyes and then made a big deal of taking the ice out of the drink and handed back the same glass to me!
After being served watered down, BLEHHH drinks and the ice-experience, our food arrived. The food was just about okay, definitely NOT worth being recommended to family or friends!
Drinks: Watered down nonsense was served under the pretext of Margarita. Thankfully the Bluemoon draft can't be messed with.
Food: The coconut soup was okay. The chicken in it was inedible though, it was just a careless big slice of chicken simply boiled in plain water and thrown into this soup. Thai Green curry with chicken - the curry was very thin (see video), thankfully it did not taste bad. And the green curry is the only reason for the second grace star. Screaming chicken - this was such a confusing dish - it was served on a supposed hot iron plate and there was no sizzle when the sauce was poured on the dish - it had all gone cold by the time it got to our table. I don't want me, my parents or anyone else being served dishes at take-out temperatures, right there at a restaurant! What nonsense is that!?
I let an entire week pass before posting this review, hoping I would stop feeling so disturbed over a dining experience! But I still...
Read moreI waited a couple of days to add this review. We went for dinner Saturday night. I'd heard so much about it we had to try it. The staff is fantastic and our server, Noni was sweet, friendly and professional. Started with me having a Chivas on the rocks with a twist. There were so many "rocks" I could barely see the scotch. Very skimpy. We had edamame to begin and I ordered the Crab Scallop Pop Rock roll. Steve had Panang Chicken. There was shrimp on the side of my roll so I asked if they could replace them because of my allergy to shrimp. Noni said no problem. The roll came out and it was beautiful. But the crab was ground inside and I'd love to know where just one scallop was hiding! I saw nor ate any at all. I had asked for a little spicy mayo on the side. It came plus their very liquid eel sauce. The roll was ice cold. I could barely taste it. Steve seemed to like his dish. I liked mine, but very underwhelmed. We did splurge and got the Thai donuts. They were yummy. We have 2 in our fridge. Our problem is this: they seem to cut corners on everything. My drink, my roll, and even the donuts. Supposed to have some cinnamon sugar on them and barely found it. My roll was suppose to have roe on it. Where? And the chinciest thing was the upcharge of $1.00 for the mayo! I felt like they really charge more but you get less. And we're customers who know our way around Sushi/Thai restaurants all over the country. We may go back for a second try sometime, but not soon. We're not newbies to Sushi or Thai. Not at all sure where I'd rate them among the others. Seems like their location and reputation has gone to their heads. Also, the details are very important to keep people coming back. But Noni, you...
