Jan/7/2023 Leadership needs replaced. This place runs on default. Shameless young un educated with customer service and coffee making. Rude to customers. I just got yelled at by a barista. Shameless. Girl with blue bandana is SUPER RUDE AND LAZY! TALKING RUDELY TO THE BARISTA. SHE NEEDS TO WORK AT MC’D LAY BACK AT THE COUNTER. TALKS BACK. THATS INSANE. Why oh why god??? Why is it so slow??? Why are employees talking to each other instead of making orders? It seems like starbucks just doesn’t care. Bad service. You can feel it’s not a corporate store. I swear my order said how to make it. Why do i need to repeat the order after it was made?

I went there to grab a sandwich and coffee, the service was very slow, knowing that they have many customers who work in the office buildings they need to add staff to make sure there are no delays in the orders at least during rush hour times. I waited about 20 min for my order.

Beautiful new Starbucks. High ceilings, good lighting, nice artwork. Definitely a Starbucks I’d go out of my way to do some work at. Friendly, new staff, who was quick and courteous. There is no drive thru. Plenty of parking.

I visited this Starbucks on 12 June 2025 around 9:36am. I ordered a lavender matcha and two cake pops. I feel like the girl was enthusiastic but I hate being forced like I have to tip. I was handed the cake pops at the register. Immediacy after stepping away I noticed a gentleman after me received his order. I figured his order was probably less complicated. Then I saw a woman who ordered food and a drink get her items before me. I didn’t think anything of it but then it kept happening. Eventually, I saw the gentleman making a lavender matcha so I assumed it was mine but then he called Leslie and at this point I was annoyed as 10 minutes had passed so I asked how long it would take since I noticed several people receive their drinks after me. It was blatantly obvious. This was not a good start to my morning and it almost felt like I was waiting longer because I didn’t want to tip on a $13.38 order for two cake pops...

FYI, this location has cashless service which is, in my feeble legal understanding, illegal according to federal law. Cash is "Legal tender for all debts public and private" and it must be accepted as such. It says so on the bills! So, the fact that this location is breaking the law by not accepting cash, gets 1 star from me. This is another sneaky way corporate America attempts to exclude certain people from their stores. Truly shameful given how just a few years ago they were opening the doors to anyone who wanted to be in the store as long as they wanted to without even buying anything! So sad...
