My entire experience was fantastic. For several reasons. I was inline maybe about the 6th person down. The manager came out and handed treats to two kids( maybe 2 and 4yrs) looking out at the air planes. Just because. The mother was sooo happy you can hear it in her voice house appreciative she was, and of course the young boys was excited. Secondly I loved the interaction the manager had with the customers and to her employees. She was so nice and genuine! While giving instructions and training a young lady as well. Who was also very well mannered. Third, a lady was having a difficult time paying for her food, I believe she had her children with her just trying to get her a snack before the plane. Unfortunately her cars declined, it happens to the best of us Wether the funds are there are not, it. It can be very embarrassing especially with your children( we know how they can get lbs). She was eagerly willing to pay for her food, but another customer beat her to it. Lastly another customer felt as good as I did about her service and forced a tip upon her. Instead of keeping it. She used it to pay for the two ladies behind me saying it was a gift that someone offered to pay for their drinks. They were lit up like Christmas lights LOL. The manager the is truly the gift that keeps on giving! You can tell how great of a manager she is because of her other employees attitude and the way the handled the busyness and their communication to each other. From the gentleman who made my drink and put extra crunch on my drink😉. To the women who checked me out and didn’t let me for get my lemon cake i left on the counter cause I’m so exhausted lol. And the young lady who was next in charge . Her energy was good. Very well mannered, and friendly. If I needed a job i would love to work their to be apart...

Read moreI recently stopped by the Starbucks located at the E terminal gates in Tampa Airport. Given the convenient location right by the gates, it seemed like a perfect place to grab a coffee before my flight. The store was quite busy, with a long line that wrapped around, but fortunately, they offer online ordering – a definite plus for anyone in a rush.
I placed a mobile order for a venti latte to save time. While the pick-up process was smooth, I was disappointed when I received my drink. The cup felt unusually light, and upon opening it, I noticed at least 2-3 inches of empty space at the top. It felt like I either received a smaller grande portion in a venti cup or the extra room was meant to account for whipped cream—which I didn’t order. For the price, I expected a full drink, and this experience left me feeling short-changed.
On the positive side, the store appeared clean despite the heavy foot traffic, and the staff seemed efficient in managing the crowd. However, given the quality of my order, I’ll likely be looking for alternatives next time.
Pros:
Convenient location at the E terminal gates
Online ordering available for faster service
Clean and well-maintained store
Cons:
Long wait times due to heavy traffic
Inconsistent drink portion sizes - you get a grande instead of a venti
Limited seating due to high customer volume
Overall, while the convenience and online ordering are helpful, the quality of my order didn’t meet...
