I rarely make a review but this I just needed to. Wanting to try a different dinner buffet in the area (big fans of Aqua and Niji), I made our dinner reservation two weeks ago for our wedding anniversary last night, Friday. I also specified, indoor seating. All these were asked in TableCheck We arrived early, waited outside along with everyone else. When they opened, I lined up. We were third in linez. Gave our name to the staff when it was our turn. He said our table number to another staff who will assist us. She led us to the outdoor seating. I told her I specified indoor seating in my reservation, so we went back to the front of the house again. The lady who assisted just went back to the line and didnt even tell her sups about my reservation request. I had to tell again about my reservation request to the guy who was welcoming everyone. Mind you, the restuarant had just opened and the entrance was very busy. I had to wait there with my active 2 year old while they figured out the seating arrangement. So that totally set the mood of the night for us. They gave finally our table after what seemed like forever.

Food was okay. We didn't mind some food stations were controlled. But boy oh boy, the dessert station. They only assigned one person there for 2 different stations. So if you want ice cream or crepes, you have to wait for the server from the other station to be finish from serving other guests.

Overall, our first time dining here is okay. My only comment is that staff should pay more attention to detail of the reservations and their guests' requests and info. ( ours were indoor seating and it was our wedding anniversary ) We're not to keen to...

This place did not disappoint. High quality food with plenty to offer. Crepé bar, assorted desserts, sushi bar, ramen bar, noodle bar, pizza, poké bar, assorted fruit, salad bar, soups, charcuterie bar, tempura plates, along with much more.

I tried to sample as much as I possibly could going up about 7-8 times. Here are some of my notable food reviews: • Lobster Bisque: 10/10 must try. First time having it and it was supreme. • Grilled Salmon: Honestly, some of the best prepared salmon I've had. Very good, very flaky, and seasoned very well. • Crepé Bar: Whether you're looking for sweet or savory, the crepé bar did not disappoint and I'm happy I tried it. • Short Ribs: Very good although majority was simply fat and chewy. • Sushi Bar: I only had 3 California rolls along with a hand-rolled sushi roll. The California rolls were excellent. The hand-rolled sushi was very good although the seaweed wrap was very tough and chewy. • Seafood: For exotic eaters, I would recommend trying the Mussels, Jonah's crab, and Snow Crab. All of these were very good and my first time trying - personally, the mussels didn't have too much of a taste and look scarier than how they actually taste. Jonah's crab claws were good, although didn't have much meat and were hard to break into without proper crackers. Snow Crab surprised me and were quite good, having more meat than I expected.

Overall, all the food was very delicious and the waiters and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. It is quite pricey per-person but very worth it if you think you can stomach $65 in worth of food and drinks, or if you're looking for a...

I don’t know how to feel about this. I walked in and the lady asked me how many… I stated one, she asked for my rm number so I gave it to her. She never said anything about paying ahead of time. She just ask me to follow her. I sit down and I have to wait 10 minutes for the server to even look my way. I asked him the process, he stated it was buffet style. When I return midway of eating my food, a server brings me my check and states “No rush, pay whenever you’re done”. That’s never happened before. So I look around, the tables adjacent to me, no check… The table behind me, no check… The table to the right on me, no check. On the way to the counter, I’m looking around to see if it’s checks on anyone else’s table that’s still eating… None, so I ask the server at the desk “ is it a reason I received my check as soon as I sat down but no one else did”? She stated “they paid at the desk upon entry”. I asked “why didn’t you request my payment”? All she said was sorry and that it wasn’t a rush.

The atmosphere is really nice as far as the decor and design go. It’s a split between classy restaurant and buffet but served by the staff. The aesthetics remind me of Ruth Chris.

They have a variety of food. The...

I don't make enough money to really know what fine dining is, but this place makes me feel like this is it. View and atmosphere is amazing. This is the place to pop the "question" if you're thinking about it. Anyways, enough with the BS talk. Let's talk about their food. My opinion is that they're delicious. Pretty limited quantities compared to your typical buffet whether it's stateside or on this island. However, they make up for it in quality. I haven't tried everything, but I've tried most of their dishes and would say the cooks/chefs know what they're doing. Their sushi is good, but really most hotels here have great sushi. Where they really shine is their deserts and meat. Their medium rare roast beef tastes great with the demiglaze. Their crispy pork belly? Delicious and crunchy. Crab? Limit of 3, but good. They do a lot of the small things right and it just adds up to a great experience. Pretty pricy though. At the time of this review, I was supposed to pay $66 per person, but they have military discount to drop it to $59 if I'm not mistaken.

One of the newer hotels in Guam. High-quality buffet with emphasis on sushi selections and udon station. We went there for Sunday evening buffet where drinks were included. This hotel offers quality choices and location at the far edge of the bay. I liked the food. However, unlike other places, they have stations like bus stations, school cafeteria, or people in line waiting to be served. I heard that it became like this after the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was more like controlling the amounts. Especiall, at the sushi station.
