Been there twice and I am not going back. First time they were doing a fundraiser and was busy downstairs and it was clear that if not taking part in it, then we were intruders at it. The second time I was suppose to meet a few friends there but they were late, so I went upstairs to shoot pool will waiting. I asked if I could play the the winner; the two guys ignored me and acted like I was not even there. Once they showed up we had some cheap jello shots and left. I was suppose to have gone out with those same friends last night, but luckily did not. A local group of 10 men targeted my 4 friends harassing them at the place. They threw them all out, but the club owner and bouncer knew the 10 men were waiting for my 4 friends outside the door to jump them. Instead of calling police then removing them the establishment threw them to a two on one fight. When one of friend refused to go down easily they pulled a gun on him. This establishment is not inclusive for all people, it does not concern itself with keeping its patrons safe. It also knew some of the individuals and failed to give the police those individuals identities. Best to avoid this place at all cost unless you want to have a late night...
Read moreWe were there on a saturday night at around 1030pm and there was only 3 people there besides us. The name does not match the style of venue it is trying to be. Who uses beer bottles as decoration? Those Heinekin bottles lining the bar should be removed and replaced with something more appropriate. The DJ needs his own booth, him just sitting in the corner looking sad was not a good vibe. Over charging on drinks and getting them wrong. We asked for a vodka redbull and got a monster and vodka. Not having the right energy drink should have been brought to our attention prior to serving it.
Overall, it was a bad experience. I dont plan on returning...
Read moreCowboy Ninja where do I start. First I have to comment on the lack of cowboys there which was disappointing to say the least. As for the Ninjas I can’t say whether or not they were there. A Ninja would be hidden from sight, they don’t train for years to be spotted by joe schmos such as myself. That being said based on the worn out bar stools I doubt they could afford Ninjas of that caliber. The beer was good and the food wasn’t bad. At the end of the day I’d suggest to either go there or don’t go there
Edit: Whats up with the name? Forbidden lovers from The East and The West coming together to form the best dive bar in all of upper...
