WOW! Where to start...if I could give this place 10/5 stars, I would! Food, drinks, service, staff, atmosphere, all absolutely phenomenal 👌 Ariele, the assistant manager, was SO impressive! He showed me the seafood market and recommended the freshly caught Marlin ceviche (this is not something I would have normally gone for- at all). He seemed so confident in it though, I couldn't help myself!! I agreed. He also recommend their seafood boil (said it feeds 2-3ppl) perfect! I had researched the menu prior to going in, so, I also knew I wanted to try their crab dip. Next thing I know, we've ordered the specialty drinks, oysters, crab dip, marlin ceviche, and a seafood boil for 2- all recommended by Ariele! He told us to trust him, so we did! He. Did. Not. Disappoint. The ceviche is the BEST ceviche I have ever had!!! It was so fresh, the Citrus was PERFECT, the bite-sized portions were the perfect size, the flavor and texture and freshness, and omg the sauce on the side. I would go back tomorrow and order this!! The crab dip with homemade chips was so delicious-creamy and cheesy, and the chips were light and airy, just perfect! Oysters were fresh with a really great texture (not a huge oyster fan, but these were great-not fishy, slimy or chewy, just great, fresh flavor!). Then there's our crab boil. I think this easily could have fed 3 people! The FLAVOR of the seasoning and the juices was AMAZING. The mussels I think were the best I've ever had. The snow crab legs, I need more of those in my life-SO much meat. I can't give the Chef props enough on his ability in the kitchen. Everything was just absolutely phenomenal. The flavors- phenomenal. The service, staff, their attention to detail, their recommendations, all superb!! Try the Sangria for 2 (also a recommendation from Ariele- who also happens to come up with the drinks himself!). Oh, and to top everything off, they found out it was our 12th wedding anniversary and brought over a free lemon cake dessert (again, not something I would have ordered myself and was so glad we got to try it!). It was the perfect balance to our seafood and ending to our evening!! I can't thank all the staff enough for providing us with such exceptional food, service, and overall an excellent experience!! We can't wait to come back ❤️
OH, another pleasant surprise, they give a 15% Military discount, atmosphere can be dressed up or down, plenty of parking located out front-garage, valet, or parking lot (free & paid available) wheelchair accessible, kid-friendly, laidback atmosphere!...
Read moreAmazingly wonderful !! It was our last night on Guam after a 5 day tour and we wanted to finish off the vacation with a delicious seafood dinner. I was reading a lot of reviews on a lot of different places, some with 5 stars, and I was surprised this place only had a 4.1 rating. - Apparently there are some people who clearly don't understand the meaning of great food and excellent service. From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of like family with smiles and attentiveness at every step. We had a very comfortable table for 3 like I requested in my reservation, and everything was clean and spotless. They have a wide and varied menu with very delicious options and we opted for our own cherry picks and were more than satisfied with the quality, taste, freshness and presentation of our dishes. The open raw seafood bar where you can choose your own seafood was a nice touch as well. We were served by a new recruit "EMILY" who was a recent new hire under a probationary period.. and she did Phenomenally !! She was totally excellent in every respect, and so professional and attentive during our dinner time !! I'm really glad we came to Fisherman's Cove... It was a delightful experience and the food was superb !! Thank you Emily and all the other great...
Read moreThis hidden gem is tucked away on the side of the Hilton and begs to be visited. My wife & I (locals) only recently discovered that it was here.
As you walk in the atmosphere is nautical and fisherman's cove themed. Lots of visual ques that make you think fishing villiage.
The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to requests and needs. The manager on duty that night was pleasant and Veronica did an excellent job taking care of us.
We chose the fried scallops as an appetizer. They were well prepared with a flaky light crustings and were moist, appropriately textured, and very tasty.
The seafood boil main course for $90 was the reason this is not a five star review. 100% dissapointed with the crab legs...not even worth eating, no meat, small claws, and just anorexic to the point of being ridiculous. The rest of the dish was perfectly seasonsed and VERY tasty. There were a very, very generous number of clams and shellfish . There were six that were not opened due to being undercooked but even at that we couldn't get close to finishing the dish.
We will be back to try something else and the manager did mention that our next seafood boil he would make sure the crab legs were the...
