The food is great. The customer service however is not. The only ones who are actually very friendly is the main guy and another female. Most of the females won’t even acknowledge you and walk right past you. I have been here so many times so it wasn’t just a one time occurrence. The man is always so friendly but the females will just give nasty looks or avoid you as much as possible because they don’t want to do their job. They have been so busy at times and I only see the man and one other woman actually doing stuff and working around and helping people. I called to order take out. I was promptly told to hold. That’s fine, im sure they’re busy for lunch. I waited around 2 minutes and heard a “hello”. No exaggeration, as I opened my mouth to reply, they hung up. Not even a second passed. I called again and said “hi can I order take out.” The man who picked up replied “ok hurry up we’re busy.” I thought that was very rude of him to say to me as a customer.

I visited today and ordered a vermicelli bowl, making sure to let the staff know that I cannot eat bean sprouts. When my order arrived, I didn’t realize there were bean sprouts hidden at the bottom of the bowl until after I had already mixed it. We informed the waitress, who later returned and explained that the chef said I should not order vermicelli and instead choose a salad or fresh lumpia. I usually have very good experiences here, but this situation was concerning for me since I have an allergy.
