Shut the front door. Every time we visit, every item we try. On point. I love taste-testing within a category, but as far as my tastes are concerned, there’s no point to look past Mante’s for a NM breakfast platter or burrito. Friendly. Fast. Flavorful. The cook, the proportions, the spice. Just perfect. Thanks to the staff for delivering top quality and service every time!

I believe I ordered the #30 “Connie” Burrito. Came with ground beef, tomato, onion, lettuce, and green chile. SOO GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. Easily on of the best burritos I’ve had. Would highly recommend you check this place out as I will be coming back for sure! 10/10!

This has been the worst experience ever I order a frito pie and when I arrived home,I realized they gave me only the chili sauce no meat, no beans, just plain chili and a side of Fritos.

We are here visiting from southern Arizona and we were looking for good authentic tacos and more for dinner tonight. Taquerias Rosa's was closed so we went to Mantes Chow Cart. I was reluctant, based on the name. The name CHOW does not sound appealing to me when it comes to food and my instincts were right! Chow reminds me of careless slop that one would just throw down to pigs on a farm for dinner. Our order was messed up in two different ways and we had to go back through the drive through to have it fixed. My bean, cheese, and rice burrito tasted like I was eating pure salt, not to mention that it was sooooooo small!!! My boyfriend's chicken tacos were so dry and they hardly put any meat. It was mostly lettuce and pico de gallo. They don't give you extra salsa. You get ONE container unless you wanna pay $1 per extra container. However, some combination meals come with salsa, which they shorted us two and luckily I caught that! The taco meal should come with 3. We just cannot believe that it is so hard to come by authentic Mexican food here and I am failing to understand how the average rating for this place is 4.5!?!?!? Back home we can get waaayyyy more authentic food from Los Favoritos and filibertos by a mile. This is not to be rude to the workers or company but someone needs to leave AN...

Okay so we decided to go after they finish the remodel, however, that was one of the biggest mistakes we've ever made, the parking lot is way too small, I almost got hit twice, just trying to park, then we went in the service was ok but we had to get our own drinks and everything and once we sat down, we realized the new booths are made out of 2 by 4 the most uncomfortable seat I've ever sat in on top of that, the tables were so close to the actual seat it felt like I had no room my boobs were literally resting on the table, that's how much room I didn't have! Then the food usually mantes on the other side of town is great so I assumed it was gonna be good here too, but man was I wrong. I got the stuffed sopa and the sopa was dry the chili had no flavor to it, the most flavor I got on that whole plate was the tomato that was a garnish! I ended up spending $35 of this and I wish I never wasted my money here! So much for the...

Wow. This place is a gem. Quality ingredients, tasty cooking, generous portions, reasonably priced and fast. Dine-in was understandably closed (Covid), but the online ordering was terrific and detailed, and drive-through pickup was convenient and fast. Highly recommend the stuffed sopapilla and enchiladas. The red and green chiles were fantastic. In fact, we ordered chile on the side, and they gave us HUGE containers of red and green, that lasted for days--we used them on home-cooked meals for the rest of the week.

UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER: Mantes is still great. The online ordering process is excellent and easy. Drive-through pickup was ultra fast, with friendly staff member. Food was consistent: tasty and filling. [Mante's should update their operating hours on Google Maps, which erroneously showed they...
