poor service on there part, i placed and order of an 8-piece plain boneless chicken, 8-piece bbq wing & a stuffed cheesy bread, my cheesy bread was burnt and barely had any cheese on top, i didnât complain about it figuring my kids or boyfriend would eat it, i then placed a second order with another 8-piece chicken and another stuffed cheesy bread and specifically called and asked for extra cheese on top to the ends of the bread and for it to be cooked for less time so it wasnât burnt the kid on the phone said okay no problem, mind you i sat in the parking lot the whole time and they knew it was me placing a second order as i stared that on the phone, when the online tracker said my order was ready i went inside to pick it up for them to tell me they thought i wasnât going to show up and they threw my food away, after about 15 minutes of them arguing with my boyfriend they said all they could do was give me an 8-piece chicken because they were closing and not the cheesy bread which is what i initially placed the second order for. Needless to say iâm now leaving very unsatisfied without the items i ordered and now have to run around to find a different place open for dinner...
   Read moreI try to give places a few chances but the same problem keeps happening. What doesn't help is the management is very rude and gives you the worst attitude when you try to talk to them. I order double cheese pizza every time and every time it comes with less then a normal cheese pizza has! Then the manager says we weigh it out so you got the right amount. I went to the Tremont at location and they always make it correctly. I showed them a picture of the pizza I got from them and the meager says yeah thats what it looks like so whats the problem. Then I show him the ones I have gotten from them and its dried out and overcooked with barely anything on it and all they keep saying is oh... i can give you a store credit. No thanks! Why would I want it if it keeps coming out like this. They said well i don't know what to twll you do you want it or not? Still waiting on my 2 refunda from months ago to my card. When you call and ask for a manager you just get them. At and hung up on. You have to drive to the store to even talk to one of them.I will drive to...
   Read morePlaced our first delivery order with them. Received an incorrect item. Since their "insurance" did not offer a satisfactory option -- a replacement (the person who ordered the item couldn't consume the incorrect item due to allergies) -- I called the store.
I was on hold for over 10 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. I called again and was connected to a rude manager who kept interrupting me. He threatened to hang up on me when I called him out on interrupting. For the record, I don't name-call or swear. He said the best he could do was credit our order.
Two weeks later, no credit. I went to corporate. When they didn't respond, I followed up. "We have forwarded your case to the local store for resolution."
An item wasted. No credit for their mistake, and the worst customer service I've received in years. I'll be avoiding all Domino's from here on out. They seem to have a culture...
