Very disappointed in my interaction with Domino's this evening. We are regulars and received subpar service tonight from the manager. I am leaving at a 3 because we love Domino's pizza regardless of the actions of the manager this evening. After having difficulty with the online ordering tonight I attempted to call and place my order with the store. The young lady who answered was great. She was trying to help me figure out what was going on and get my order over the phone. I had a coupon for $1 bread twists online and the manager said that without a code, he could not honor it. I could not find a code on the website because it just said it was in my cart. I gave up on that and continued with the rest of my order. When I was going to check out she verified with the manager that she could not honor the free pizza that I was going to redeem online. While I was asking my husband if he still wanted me to proceed since I couldn't redeem the free pizza, the manager was telling her to put me on hold. She was explaining to him that she didn't want to put me on hold because I wasn't "really" there (she didn't know I could hear her) and she didn't want me to think that she had just hung up on me. Kudos to an employee that has some respect for the customer! He continued to tell her to put me on hold! I am not someone who expects a company to just give me things even though we are regulars, but this manager was ridiculous! He wouldn't even allow for the girl to finish helping me so I could place my now $40 order, and just wanted her to put me on hold and answer the next caller. Domino's, you lost a regular tonight. ALL OVER the inside of the boxes and the food. what? So we called and told them, they offered to remake it (which i really questioned even doing) my husband drove 45 minutes there and back for the remakes. (this is the part that lead me to leaving this review, as we’ve already talked to corporate about the ants and i was gonna let that be that.) Finally sit down to eat, husband takes his first bite of his sandwich and pulls out a LONG, dark hair from his mouth, connected to the middle of the sandwich. i understand that accidents n such happen, but as a former manager for a different dominos franchise, and honestly just as a customer, this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Read moreWhile picking up a carry out order, my husband (a mexican man) was asked to leave because he was not wearing a mask, the lady behind the counter said they would meet him outside to assist. Meanwhile, he witnessed 2 different white women walk in, the first a mask in her hand to place an order. Speaking without a mask, never asked to leave, the 2nd went in for a pickup & was never asked to leave. No one came outside to assist so he went back in to finish picking up his order. We contacted management & a young man kept repeating "uh huh I'll look into it." Without a single care for the treatment & clear preferential to other people.
